Would love to give zero if possible. I just wanna drop off my shaw modem,while i put the tickets inside the box,leave it open. For convenient letting them key in the return ID. Unfortunately they said they will charge a fee for "package fee" like fifty cent. I said i have package,just didn't tape it. If i could i could borrow for like a inch tape? They said you gonna pay for that... Alright... Stupid policy and greedy staff. They literally use like one inch tape... Ok... That will be the last cent you got from me. Bye...

The worst service in town. The couple (man and woman) were both super rude. Based on the reviews, they have been acting like this for years. Can I complain to Canada Post to suspend their postal business? They gave me a feeling that they are running a small restaurant and the attitude is like you like it or leave it. However, what they are offering is public postal service so I strongly believe Canada Post should remove their license.

All the bad reviews are correct. I was asked to pay extra even when I have a return label. Have done the returns in many different post office. Asked why, the answer is we charge for it. worst customer service ever!

Been a customer for many years and I like this post office. As some reviewers say, the staff might not seem friendly sometimes, but they are definitely helpful and quick.

they need to update their business hours on the canada post notifications and on the Lansdowne mall website. Both indicate their hours of op m-f 10-18, sat 9:30-18, sun 11-18but they actually open m-f at 11 and this is only disclosed if you actually google them exclusively not via Lansdowne mall site. Very frustrating as many customers will go by their Canada post notifications.

All the bad reviews are correct. The lady there is super rude. Due to the Pandemic I went to pick up my package from BCHydro on the last day, only to be told they already send it back to the sender without my consent.The lady's mom kept saying I already pick up the package the day before and I was like, how would I not know if I pick up my own package or not.And the lady, knowing she send it back without my consent, lied and said BCHydro made a mistake a put a COD charge on it so she's doing me a favor by sending it back so I won't be charged when picking it up.This is the worst post office ever. If you have a chance, don't ever use this post office. In fact, if there is a way to report them, I totally would.

was looking up the times because I was planning on going today... but then I got a flash back.... they may have lost my mail. I applied for student loans, and I dropped of my application with them. Never reached Simon Fraser University....Don't know if they were at fault or Canada Post itself. But seeing how I have never had this problem else where. I am weary to go back

Write this comment on July 29th. 1 month after BC entered Covid 19 pandemic phase 3 (Effected Jun 24th). Restaurants are opened for dine-in. All retails are back to normal hours. And our Post Office is still running under reduced hours which is 11:00am to 5:00pm. And we all been given a pick up notice with a open hour on Wednesday is till 9:00pm. I believe Canada Post needs to change a partner to serve our community.
