I visited the Richmond showroom and I must say I am impressed. Great pieces and amazing quality! Several fabric choices and they have samples so you can take home with you. Also, great people and very welcoming and knowledgeable! Great find!

I would like to thank you all for an excellent shopping experience. Both my son (Ryan) and I were very impressed with your storefront and it's beautiful, modern furniture, and it was a pleasure to discover the unique pieces you offer.
We had an issue with a sideboard we bought that was delivered in the wrong color we chose. After contacting their sale staff, they rectified the situation within a few days and delivered the correct sideboard. Connor and the warehouse manager (sorry I didn't catch his name) were wonderful and very helpful and I cannot thank you and your team enough at Eternity Modern for your excellent problem solving solution.
You have an amazing staff that care about their customers. Very very few others care as much, if not at all.
The selection of furniture was quite unique and eclectic. Pricing was amazing and very affordable compared to other businesses with similar (or exact) pieces.
Keep up the good work. I will certainly be back for other purchases.

We ordered two of the Arctander Clam Chairs and they add so much oomf to our room. We love how they turned out in-person and so happy we bought from Eternity Modern. The prices were a bit steep but you get what you pay for. It's quality furniture at a fraction of the designer cost. It also came pretty fast!

Stay away from eternity. Quality of product and customer service both below par.

We bought a conference room suite of clone Herman Miller high back executive conference chairs. Needed quality leather and specific color. Didn't need to be the cheapest but of comparable quality to Herman Miller. The $800 paid versus $3,000 for Herman Miller was a fair deal if the furniture was of comparable quality. Quality turned out to be the same. Love to save money but the chairs are a perfect clone with high end leather and lacking the HM name saved a little over $16k.

I purchased a chair and footstool and I love it! The quality is amazing and the style is perfect. It's modern and the leather is soft and supple. Customer service with this company is great too. I was informed when my item had shipped and got updates on a regular basis. Delivery was on time and my chair arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend this chair and this company!

My online order was ready for pick-up within a few days. Both the showroom and warehouse staff were very helpful and friendly. I didn't catch the name of the warehouse staff who helped me, but Michelle, who was in the showroom was great. I ordered the EM Lounge Chair in the standard size before seeing it in person and tried it out in the showroom before picking up my order (same day). I ended up preferring the tall version and they were able to make the swap on the spot. The warehouse staff even went out of their way to see if they had the tall version in the same configuration I chose in an open box that I could see before committing as the one in the showroom was a different colour. The chair was well-packaged, easy to set up and the quality seems very nice. It's extremely comfortable! Thanks for the great customer service Eternity Modern team! Hope to enjoy our new chair for years to come.
