This is the worst gas station in Richmond. You will never find any attendants for full service and once you find them, they never smile and slow to come to you. They made you feel like you are interrupting them… very lazy.

OK, so I found that the Esso on number one and Blondell Road in Richmond awful. The lady and the guy are so rude and if you don’t have the correct amount of money when you fill it for gas they get really upset so if you give them 40 bucks and it only comes to $33. It’s like such a big hassle and they are very rude and they aren’t friendly at all. The last time I was at that Esso station which was approximately two weeks ago nobody even came out to even pump the gas in my car and I waited. I can do it myself so I did I find that it’s absolutely horrific there and I will not be going to that one ever again. Like I say, the lady was extremely rude she hates her job I guess who knows but she’s got an attitude on her and she’s disrespectful to customers. I do not recommend going to that Esso and their prices are higher than going to a petrol can especially the petrol can on granville Avenue and three area.

I checked Gasbuddy this morning, it showed 161.9 for the gas not sure it’s a bug or something! I called them to verify the price. They told me they can not tell me the price over the phone. I have to come in person to check for myself. Then I did! It turned out it’s 189.9. I highly suspected they reported the cheap price on gasbuddy on purpose to attract/fool customer!
The Super Save Gas station is 187.9 so far the lowest in town as I am aware of! And great service all the time!

I noticed an employee male was on the phone while there were people pumping gas where it's a full service station and the girl working inside had to come out and do it. What's he being paid for? Just being on the phone. This happened on Tuesday night around 9:00. Usually the service is really good here. What's happened? You got some students here that they don't seem to be jumping to the pump like they should. Management better get on top of this otherwise you're going to lose big business

Just got gas and bought a bag of candy. The gas price was in fact higher than other nearby ones. The candy tasted funny so I checked. The bag of candy expired on 2022/11/25 and today is 2023/09/12!!! Hope the gas is ok!

Supposed to be full serve but haven't seen that service in the last 2 years. You're lucky if you catch them open till the posted signs as they always close early randomly. Easily the worst gas station in Richmond

It’s hit or miss with the staff.Often miss. With so many other options, the convenience of parking and location is outweighed by rude staff. I’ll drive further to get better service.
