The gas pump said $1.66/ liter and so did the huge sign, advertising gas pricing. I went inside to pay $50. Then I looked at my receipt and they charged me $1.77/liter. I went back inside to inquire and the incredibly rude staff told me I was mistaken. However, I had just sent a picture of the price to a friend so I had evidence. After they said something racist to me about Chinese people I laughed and asked for a refund. NEVER GO HERE, YOUVE BEEN WARNED!

I was double charged on my credit card when I buy cigarettes here. The employee and manager would not refund or do antthing and told me I bought it twice after I told them I checked with my bank I was charged two times in a mintute and they can check their camera as a proof. I think its some sort of scam in the employee. Becareful. Poor customer service

Worst customer experience and I noticed all the customers filling their own gas? I understand if the staff are busy but they weren't.. they just stand there and look at you.

Like most gas stations in Richmond, prices drop in the evening, usually by $0.03 or more but this station drops the price earlier.
This station has a small convience store.

Good price on gas 《$1.91》 (considering gas is currently over $2/litre)... and though the convenience store is very tiny, the bathroom is spacious and the lock works very well.

A girl staff didn't hear our demand, we only wanted to pay the gas for 25 dollars by credit card, but she said she already processed the gas pump nozzle and we couldn't stop it until full the tank. So we were forced to pay for 100, and it pissed us off.

I had very good experience at this gas station i came here many time most of the time a young girl helped me i think her name start from K but the other employee never behave like it was a full service gas station they were always on their phone..Thanks to the girl!

The cashier was very kind and patient with me, telling me everything I wanted to know. The prices within the store were a bit overpriced, and the store was also a bit small and condensed.

I found speedpass couldn't be used here one or two months ago. All pumps were unavailable. They told me I couldnt use the APP here. I thought it was a temporary system failure or something.I had the same problem here yesterday. I realized the ESSO APP is no longer supported here...at A ESSO station
