The representatives lead with misinformation. We prepaid online. When we went to pick us the car the representative told us sixty dollars in taxes were going to be charged to our card. Almost 400 was charged. When we went back the representative told us the rest would be returned to us. We took it as a deposit and left. We did not read the agreement we were handed, which was our mistake. Do not rent a car here or you will be mislead .

We rented a compact car with points, but when we went to pick up the counter guy pushed us into an SUV and said it was only $25 extra. He didn't say "per day" and glossed over the total charges which we didn't notice so were totally surprised when we got the total when we returned. They gave us $50 back to compensate but this was some serious misrepresentation. Will not rent from them again.

Wow I guess I'm just unlucky. I paid for a car rental through Expedia only to find out that Dollar cannot rent to me because my husband is on the do not rent list. Background is that his ID was stollen by a woman who racked up charges. He tried to dispute it, but they have not allowed him to clear it. Now I'm out almost $300 AND no rental car. I had to go to another provider and paid $600... so I'm almost out a grand... hopefully Expedia refunds me since I never rented a car... this is upsetting. Guess Canada isn't my jam...

Horrible experience. If I could give it a 0, I would. The winter tires did not come with the car in the middle of winter!! I am as shocked as you are. Absolute rip off. There are lots of other places you can rent a car in Vancouver, so give those a shot , and don’t even bother with this place…

Please do not rent here!!!!, they charge you additional charges after delivering the car, they offer you winter tires without telling you the price, they have deceptive and abusive practices, that is why they have 2 stars, do not rent here!! They will charge you after delivering the car!

The rental rates are very expensive. They also do not accept your insurance and they want to sell their own insurance plan to you which is around $35 per day. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because the car we rented was clean and the drop off process was simple.

Stay away from these scam car rental. I have reserved 3 car rental contracts online with Expedia for my big group. I have paid and purchased the collision damage with Expedia as well. When we picked up the car at this location, one contract did not get any extra charge since the driver knew better and did not get scammed by them. The other two drivers were not experienced in traveling, got charged almost $500 CAD each for collision damage, and whatever fees that they scammed. Since all 3 contracts were signed the same way, it's obvious the other two got scammed by these scam artists. Expedia is the same way. I contacted their customer service which somewhere overseas, they' were just so rude, mean and not taking any responsibilities. Anyhow, Expedia lost my good business with them too since I'm the world travel and in charge of all the bookings for large group. Stay away from this car rental company and Expedia
