Racist treatment. This morning I had a horrible experience at Costco while attempting to make a $500 purchase for our monthly groceries. Despite spending over an hour gathering all the necessary items, we encountered a significant issue at the cash register.Wen we were about to pay, they not allowed us to use our International Costco membership. The cashier called the manager, who attempted to pressure us into purchasing a new membership, taking advantage of the time we had already spent in the store. We presented our card and IDs, but he ask usnñ where we were from, when the car clearly indicates Costco Mexico. Unfortunately, they questioned our origin, even though it was stated on the card.I would like to recommend that fellow Mexicans visit Costco Chinatown, where we have always been treated with kindness and respect. When we requested a complaint form, the manager refused to let us fill it out, which I believe is not allowed. Although we didn't want to escalate the situation due to time constraints, we had to rush to Chinatown after spending over an hour at the store.I have decided not to return to this Costco location and plan to submit a formal complaint online. This was far from the level of service I expected from Costco, and I am confident that karma will address this situation. For sure.

I've been a satisfied Costco shopper, but my recent visit left me disappointed. Cashier Brenda was demanding and unfriendly, creating a negative experience. I hope the store addresses this to maintain the usual high standards of customer service.

A usual Costco with more items than Vancouver one. The staffs are helpful. Willing to help. Worst part is the parking. People are always aggressive.

It’s Costco. So I go there.Parking is a nightmare, driving is outrageous. Super busy always. If you don’t need to go there do not. They need a larger store with wider islesAnd they should stop the sampling as it causes traffic. And one cashier is out ridicules with his COVIDstupid mask

This Costco branch is the best! However, on weekends, it gets super crowded. Despite the crowds, I'm genuinely happy shopping here. I can find whatever I want, and the joy of getting everything I need at Costco is unmatched. It's my go-to place for a reason!

Why Costco is not bringing new clothing? Winter is already and colder weather approaching quick yet they still sell the same clothing from July. Some winter jackets that they sell are even more expensive than high end clothing stores. You guy can do better, this is Costco.

Costco Richmond is hands down the worst Costco I’ve been to in my life. In three countries. The worst. The parking lot is always an unbelievable mess and inconvenience. I just spent $1000 on winter tires. Perhaps not much. But if I have an appointment, I’d expect the tire centre parking spots to match their appointment schedule and to honour it. When I told the guy I couldn’t park and that non-tire centre people were taking those spots the guy goes “yeah, yeah, yeah” (in alignment with most of the staff there). I’ve recently made an effort to not shop there but I made a huge mistake getting my tires there. Never again.

Asian drivers will ruin your experience. We are from Washington and asian ladies are yelling and fighting with us over parking spots. We spent 30 minutes finding parking and 5 minutes shipping. Tips: avoid sunday afternoon. Otherwise store is well stocked with great finds

Like all big Costcos, this one has lots of everything and good products . The employees are great: friendly, helpful, and well trained. The free samples are plentiful. All checkouts are open. Parking here, unlike the downtown Vancouver Costco, is free. But Richmond Costco is packed, always. It is apparently the busiest Costco in North America. The massive parking lot is often full. Lineups to check out can run to the end of the store. Patience is required. Plsn kn a long trip.

The fact that is soooo crowded makes the shopping experience a nightmare, you just want to get out of it as soon as possible

I had a truly disappointing experience with a staff member named Raymond, a costco membership staff, at this location. This is really saddening because I was so excited to come in to get my boyfriend a costco membership a few days ago. But this experience has proved to me I likely wouldn't be coming to this location anymore.First off, during the sign-up process, I asked Raymond a simple question about whether any promo stuff would be sent to my address when filling out my membership info. Instead of a straight answer, he rudely said, "I don’t care, this is not my responsibility. I only need you to write an address that matches your ID." That already is a red flag. Shouldn't your staff be trained specifically for this kind of question? Then, this dude tried to sell me and my boyfriend on the executive membership for the Costco card, but it was a total fail. He mumbled his way through the whole spiel and did a lousy job explaining the card's perks. I knew within 3 minutes I didn't want it. But when I told him I wasn't interested, he had the nerve to say, "Why are you so impatient?" and just carried on talking about the membership like I hadn't said a word. This really made me furious. I'd already told him I wasn't interested, and he just ignored that. He even started making snarky comments like he was blaming me for not being interested in the product...The bottom line is, I know Costco has many staff working for them and I know it can be hard for them to manage all of their staff. But then again, all I expect is just a little respect and patience. Is it so hard for them to just listen to what I'm saying??? I do want to mention this is an exceptional case. When I was checking out, I had a really nice lady who helped me for sure. So please, I hope this feedback can get back to Costco, so that more training and listening skills can be taught to their staff... especially for their membership counter's staff...

Nice Costco in Richmond, with everything foods and daily needs you'll need. It also includes a pharmacy and food court inside. Everything seems to be perfect, huh? But no!! Finding a parking lot is the worst nightmare here!!! The parking lot is extremely tiny and insufficient!!! People were fighting with each other for a parking lot, and some people parked outside the Costco entrance!! Why can't you expand the parking lot?? It's a big big problem for drivers, and that's why we never drive to Costco, taking a bus or Uber is the best choice!!

Auto parking spaces are too narrow to pass the shopping cart through. I need to go around the end of the row to unload.Inside the warehouse is very clear and organized. Check out is quick and effective.

If it wasn't for the prices, I would never shop there. Hate the atmosphere, lack of staff on the floor, the crowds, and the lineups. Also, there is little consistency in their products. If you like something, it might not be there again if you go back to buy more.

Standard Costco. Has everything. My wife gets anxious every time we get close to one as she thinks I like to buy too much. That’s true. I do. But Costco caters to the browsing shopper who like a good deal. The amount of stuff in there creates an environment for creative thinking. You suddenly think with all the food there you could make a 12 course gourmet meal, or landscape a 20 acre property, or interior decorate a house for the Kardashians. On the other hand, my wife spends most of her time looking at the jewellery anyways, so i think we are even. The lines are long here all the time, but they know how to handle them and they move quite quickly, even during rush times. Tire center and food section here of course. Ample parking lot, but seemingly always a fight for parking. Will of course come again.
