I've been a satisfied Costco shopper, but my recent visit left me disappointed. Cashier Brenda was demanding and unfriendly, creating a negative experience. I hope the store addresses this to maintain the usual high standards of customer service.

A usual Costco with more items than Vancouver one. The staffs are helpful. Willing to help. Worst part is the parking. People are always aggressive.

It’s Costco. So I go there.Parking is a nightmare, driving is outrageous. Super busy always. If you don’t need to go there do not.They need a larger store with wider islesAnd they should stop the sampling as it causes traffic. And one cashier is out ridicules with his COVIDstupid mask
