Purchased a claw clip and after 15-20 minutes of walking in the mall i realized the claw clip was broken. I came back to store and they did not offer any type of help even though they new they sold me a broken item. They said since it was a final sale they couldn’t do anything, which i understand if it wasn’t a defective/broken item. I ended up wasting my money, never buying here again. 100% lack of costumer service.

Purchased two necklaces that were packaged horribly by staff. Any person with common sense would know that necklaces would tangle when put together in the same bag so carelessly. At the very least, pack them in separate paper bags. But it seems even at that they are stingy to use more than one.

Their products are absolutely adorable and every time I pass there, I can't stop buying them. I didn't have any issues with any of my purchases (6+ earrings so far). Good design, good size, good price, and I'll buy more again!

Nice store with lots of cute items. Unfortunately they employ some ugly sales tactics. It says Buy 3 get 15% off for the whole product stand as seen in the photo. Yet, when you go to the cashier you are told that only “bundled items” are eligible. There’s no such distinction in the products there though, all items are single. At the end you are exhausted with your kid by your side and may be inclined to buy anyway. Lame use of “discounts” that really don’t exist.

COCOMOLO MANAGEMENT:My young daughters are fans of your upbeat styles, however, quality is lackluster. One pair is missing a small pearls after a few wear. Another pair is not mounted properly and the dangling piece is falling out. Last pair ...is staining...my kids have sensitive skin and cannot wear this to void n allergic reaction.Update Sep 3: shout-out to Sarah and Jade for making it right! Two happy young shoppers still and a mama that will continue to shop there.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!I got a necklace from here and it broke after 1 wear. That was already disappointing enough especially since I paid over 20 dollars for it. But when I brought it in to get it exchanged or at least get it fixed, the service was even more disappointing. I went back TWICE - the first time the worker said she couldn’t do anything because the manager was not present and the second time, a different worker texted the manager and I just had to wait for her to reply to see if they could fix it. It clearly broke because it was made poorly, but after 10 minutes of waiting for the manager to reply, she simply said “no we cannot fix it.” No apologies or any other alternative services.They also said it can be exchanged after 2 weeks of buying but I only wore it around 3 weeks after buying and it broke immediately. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and quality. Not to mention the necklace being over 20 dollars just for it to be made so poorly that it breaks after ONE WEAR. Never buying from here again.

I love the jewellery here because they have a lot of cute styles. I recently bought a set of earrings here less than a month and it unfortunately just broke today even though I haven't worn it much. I've worn it out less than five times and was never rough with it nor had it in the shower. And as I was driving today, it slowly dropped down my hair. I checked and one of the snowflakes had worn out and snapped off... I think it was around 20 something dollars so that was kind of expensive for something that lasted so little

I found several of the same pair of earrings, phone cases, socks and necklaces all from China on AliExpress just from a quick photo search. I do not know why the tags say made in Korea and why they claim some of this stuff is handmade. I am not sure why they are false advertising. No ill will but I’m concerned if this is legal or not.

They always sell the cutest and unique jewelry. Store is cute too! And whoever was working on Oct 30 was really cute:) Yesterday I purchased the surgical steel necklaces so its waterproof! I bought so many earrings from them and I have never had any issue with quality. Waterproof necklaces are $28-$36 and the earrings are around $22. Please re-launch the website please!!

Bought a necklace here today (at the Richmond location). A bit on the pricey side, but it's so worth it because it's super pretty and the quality is amazing- and it's handmade too! The staff are also very pleasant and the store itself has a really nice atmosphere. Will definitely come back!

earlier today i got myself a claw clip along with a $2 token for the sticker vending machine! all staff members were super friendly and helpful, but i'm giving it a one star off because of how slightly expensive the products there are..$10.99 for a claw clip is a bit much, but i understand that the store makes them handmade. and the sticker bundles on the shelves were $17..more expensive than a hair clip :( will come back occasionally though!

DON'T BUY FROM THEM I bought a pair of earrings and before I could even wear them once they broke off, and when I tried to re-attatch the earring on the loop, the loop BROKE INTO PIECES???? worst earrings I've ever bought, quality is horrible. it was a waste of 22 dollars. my 3 dollar pair of earrings from claires is better. and there are no refunds.
