I recently visited the Monaco store at the outlet and had an extremely unprofessional experience with an associate named Joyce (phonetically). I selected a few items—a fishtail skirt, a dress, and a white blazer. The dress and blazer looked great together, and I was excited to buy them as a set.
Since the items were final sale, Joyce suggested I inspect them for any defects. I found a visible flaw on the neckline of the dress that couldn’t be repaired. Since this was the last piece, I politely asked if they could offer an additional discount due to the defect.
To my shock, Joyce responded with a dismissive attitude and made an inappropriate comment in Mandarin, saying, “A lot of Chinese people come here trying to bargain, which looks bad.” This racially charged and unprofessional remark was both offensive and disrespectful. Rather than explaining the store policy clearly, she chose to stereotype me, which was completely out of line.
Fortunately, another staff member stepped in to help me, but the experience with Joyce left a very negative impression. I would advise others shopping here to be cautious and avoid her if possible. A store of this reputation should expect a higher standard of professionalism from their employees.

We entered the store and an employee stood there staring at us with a nasty expression. As we walked around she kept on staring at us, then a Caucasian couple entered and that employee welcomed them and greeted them with a smile. It’s ridiculous how snobby and racist people can act.

This store feels more like a regular CM store with a slighty off season items. The sizing is always hit or miss here, it's more of a gamble to find something that is good and in your size. They do have a huge men's pants selection.

Good merchandise, all nice people, except the european lady, her treatment was very different than how she served the other european lady than when ringing me up. I saw small defect and asked for a discount (hoping). To my surprise, she mentioned that she knows all of the items here and there was no damage before. She is also implying if I damaged it on purpose. She is defensive, dismissive, and disrespectful. I did not argue and just left the store, I thought such things only in tiktok, lol. Apparently, she is a karen.

Worst customer experience. Returning the scarf, never used, but notice a pulled string out. Brought the scarf with receipt back. The cashier said," I remember this scarf. There was no pulled string." I asked, "Did you remember the whole sales of these scarf". She confidently said, "Yes." Welp. that's it. Aside from implying that the customer is a liar, she also does not provide great customer experience. We were holding a few jackets and dresses to buy, but we canceled it all due to the bad customer service of the European cashier. On side note, maybe she just had a bad day, but I believe that calling customer a liar is not the least standard of good customer service.
