Every time I visit this Circle K late at night, there's always a note on the door that says, "Please wait, we'll be back in 5 minutes, thank you." The problem is, those "5 minutes" never seem to end. This has happened to me more than three times now, and not once has anyone actually shown up while I waited. It’s frustrating and unprofessional. If you’re going to keep the store closed, at least be honest about it.

The store is fantastic and the prices are very good, you can make your own slushie and the flavours are so good. Same with the ice cream. They have pizza there too and you can even get a full box of it. Mane other hot food options there. I recommend everyone to go

The sky rocket prices is most likely from the high school next door, practically stealing money from teens. It’s only worth it if you get free stuff from circle k game and or a slush/polar pop.

I had the absolute displeasure of visiting Circle K, and I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience was. This store, run by a group of scamming individuals, should be thoroughly investigated by Vancouver Coastal Health and the City of Richmond for their abysmal and unethical business practices.
First off, the prices advertised are blatantly false. I was lured in by the promise of a sale, only to find out at the register that the prices were significantly higher. This is nothing short of price stealing and is a clear attempt to deceive customers. Additionally, I was short-changed on multiple occasions. The cashiers seem to have perfected the art of giving back incorrect change, hoping customers won't notice.
The level of dishonesty here is staggering and the store’s management is either incompetent or deliberately unethical. The state of the store also raises serious health concerns that Vancouver Coastal Health needs to address immediately.
Circle K in Richmond is a prime example of everything that is wrong with retail today. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. This store deserves to be shut down until it can operate with honesty and integrity.

Pretty expensive for snacks just about 6$ for bag of chips plus tax but I usually shop at Walmart so maybe I’m spoiled. I only came when it’s late and can’t find anywhere else, mid selection of candy and chips the drink options are good. Came in there with a buddy once a while a back to get drinks and when checking out the cashier immediately asked my friend to empty his pockets which was weird because we grabbed a drink and went straight to register almost no time to steal anything and he didn’t ask me to empty my pockets.

Don't find the brown people's language annoying or anything;it's the fact you are talking on the phone is making you unable to do your job.. Repeating things; debit machine isn't activated, etc..

Cashier ripped my daughter off for $20. We live in Vancuver, but my husband drove out last night to fix the situation. Was told to come back the next day to speak to manager. I, her mom, drove to the store on my lunch break and was told by the manager that it was too busy to review the video. I insisted and argued until he finally gave me back her $20. Looks like they have a system going where they pretend to drop the cash and rip you off. Just be careful when paying with large bills there. Scammers
