I have been shopping at Christine Jewellers for over 15 years and I have never once been disappointed with the quality of their jewellery. It is a family run business who has been in the jewellery industry for many years. They are people who I know I can always trust. They are reliable and are always eager to help. Whether it be earrings for my wedding, bracelet for Mother's Day, pendant for a baby gift and many other special occasions...I've done them all! My experience has always been nothing short of spectacular! I also find their pricing to be very reasonable compared to many competitors which is another reason why I keep coming back!My mom, cousins and friends have also been long time customers, so this just tells you how much we love them!! Alex is a true professional and always tries to keep up with current trends, bringing in new pieces and keeping it fresh for shoppers. Then there’s Andrew and Christine who are always there to answer all our questions! I have no doubt we will continue shopping at Christine’s for many more years to come! Ordered my watch online during Boxing Day and got a very good price for it. It was shipped the next business day via Cda post and next business day it arrived at my door step! Easy, fast and reliable! Would definitely buy from them again!

I recently fell down the rabbit hole of watch collecting and fell in love with a particular Oris model. Even though I'm in the US, Christine had the best price of any authorized dealer I could find and with the exchange rate in our favo(u)r I decided to buy from them. My watch was shipped within hours of placing the order. Unfortunately it got held up in customs limbo thanks to FedEx (so that's something to be aware of if you're planning to buy from somewhere outside of Canada). I was corresponding with Andrew K over email though and he was extremely helpful and supportive even after the shop got my money. I even got a refund of my expedited shipping fee when I mentioned my displeasure with FedEx. So even despite some hiccups, given the competitive pricing and excellent customer support I still highly recommend Christine.

I've had several online transactions on different dates with Christine's Jewelers and all of them have been great. The shipping is fast (about 2 days, or overnight) to Ontario and the items have been packed very well to protect the contents. Having spoken with them over the phone, Alex is professional and good to do business with. I found their straightforward online videos demonstrating watches, to be well done and providing good visual reference. It's a great place to buy online from (I've never been into their store so I can't comment on that) and definitely recommend them.
