The staff was chatting when I needed help. I didn't set the $50 amount when I pumped. the staff said she would watch for me until the amount was up to $50(this is the first time I have heard that how can you stop it exactly for $50?) Unfortunately, she didn't watch it and let it pump until full fuel of $74! when I was sitting in my car. Then she said sorry she forgot?
This is very rediculous! Please train your staff be professional and not chatting when people need help.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this gas station since it opened, and I’ve never had an issue—until now. The recent hire of an older Asian male has been a real surprise. His rude demeanor and inability to prioritize customers are quite alarming. Just last Thursday, when I tried to redeem four tickets, he rushed me through the process and acted like he was doing me a favor while I was spending my money.
When I asked to cash out my winnings and buy two additional tickets with my credit card, he didn’t even let me finish before helping the customers behind me. He even had the nerve to ask, “I thought you only wanted cash?” If he had taken a moment to listen instead of jumping to conclusions, we could have avoided the confusion.
It feels like he’s doing the bare minimum while ignoring the person who was there first. Does he not understand how a line works? I spend nearly $200 here each week, but now I’m considering driving to the Bridgeport Chevron instead. Management really needs to either train him on customer service or find someone who can actually handle the job.

My mother went to this station yesterday. The guy was trying to help her to fill up the tank. My mother gave him a credit card to tap it but he said it doesn’t work . So my mother entered the card with password. When it’s done my mom requested a receipt, the guy said the printer is not working at the pump and needs to go inside to get it . When she wake up this morning she got a text message from the credit card company it might have a fraud transaction. Then she checked the receipt from the gas station and it is not the right one . It’s showing other credit card numbers with similar amounts. She called the card center and the guy said the fraud transaction was happening in Chicago. My mom did not go to Chicago !!!
I am doubting this gas station people not honest. Beware everyone.

Went there to fill up my tank and it was crowed. It can get crowded at night. It seems like busy intersection/area.

I don't normally write reviews, but Ali who works at this full-service Chevron station really deserves a shout-out for his friendliness, politeness, and professionalism. He has helped me pump gas several times when I've visited this location, and regardless of how late it is, he always greets me with a big smile and asks how I'm doing which, when you're there after a long day of work, really brightens up your day as you would not expect it from a staff working at a gas station. Ali really stands out from all the Chevron staff I've received assistance from, and I hope his supervisor/gas station owner know how lucky they are to have him on their team!

Never thought I would write a review for a gas station, but the attendant whose name I believe is Ali, deserves the most praise. I've been helped by him many times when I come to this station. So kind and well conversed to every single person even when he must be tired late at night. Learned he has a stellar academic and professional background from abroad, but unfortunately he was unable to get the opportunities he deserves here. Give him a raise!!

When we stopped for gas, it had everything we needed and was the best price

Drove in at night to fuel as outside sign displayed 195.9. I confirmed the same price at the pump when I pulled up. I completed all the preauthorized transaction set up and the only thing left was to select fuel grade and pump the gas. However the pump was not responding when I was hitting the fuel grade button. After about 30 seconds, the pump started beeping and displaying error, before eventually exiting me out and displaying 204.9. When I went in to ask the cashier, they responded by saying the price had already changed before I got there and that it was my fault for not coming earlier. I understand price changes are a normal part of the process and it’s impossible to wait for an empty gas station before changing the price, but it seems ridiculous as I was already at the pump with the transaction preauthorized and just needing fuel from the nozzle. Incredibly frustrating and rude response. The outside attendants were great and empathetic though.
