This gas station is alway busy. The gas station attendant cleaned my wind shields while my gas tank was being filled. So far, this is the only Richmond gas station whoes gas attendent cleaned my wind shields after being a Richmond resident for over 30 years. High recommended.

Feedback for management. On days like Sept 21 when demand is heavy, it would make sense for your staff to take some time to direct traffic: only enter from Blundell and exit on No. 3. The station was a mess and you can’t leave it up to drivers to find an efficient flow. You’ll have less frustrated customers and make more money in the process. You want to make more money don’t you? Perhaps not since I see many others have provided similar feedback.

No traffic control at all! They allow cars entering the station from all directions letting drivers fighting for pumps. Same thing happened in my last three visits.

4 pumps out of service and attendants didn't do anything to manage cars. They allowed cars to cut people off, making dangerous confrontations between individuals. When the attendants were asked to step in, they just said, "Fight over it between yourselves."

Met an extremely rude staff member, an Indian girl. I don’t want to mention her name, but I want to share today's experience. While waiting in line to fuel up, she allowed another car to cut in front of us, claiming it arrived earlier, which was nonsense but fine. However, when I started fueling, she stared at us and spoke in a language I couldn't understand, likely complaining and using swear words. That behavior is extremely rude and offensive. It's not clever and doesn't deserve respect.
Management team should read customer feedback and see how many people are giving low marks for rude attitudes and poor customer service. It's time to change.

Fantastic service by Noji. The pump didn't print out my receipt, and as soon as I walked into the store to ask for a copy, Noji had already seen what happened and printed out a copy for me! He also t explained how the journie rewards program works and helped me set up the app on my phone. Thank you Noji!! ?

Gas assistant stalking (/supervise with staring) you for the whole time after you say you can fuel your own gas. Today right after I sit in my car and was trying to open Apple carplay, that creepy gas assistant knock on my window says someone is waiting. Dude, I just sit on my seat for like 5 seconds and half of your pumps are unused. That person wait there doesn’t mean I can’t sit in my car for a minute to find navigation after I filled the whole tank. This is not Oregon, you are not needed by law to fill gas. And you shouldn’t be rude to customers because they fill their own gas and choose not to let you have tips. This is British Columbia, people can fill their own gas! Just avoid this location, otherwise he is gonna stare at you the whole time when you are filling your own gas.

Oh my god, what happened to the service at the Chevron? They have these students that just stand around. They don't even want to fill the gas up even though it's full serve. They asked me what do I need? Any help? Well, of course that's what false serve means. I told them somebody needs to check into this. Management is slipping. Please avoid this gas station till they change
