I had a terrible experience with this car rental company. The customer service representative was clearly rushed and panicked, making it seem like he had better things to do than to help me. Go with a reputable company like Enterprise instead, it'll save you a headache.

We were having problems with our car. It just died while driving, so we took it to carboys. They are an amazing team. They checked everything, we believe it was the new battery we got, but not with them . It wasn’t tightened properly when installed. They assured us everything was working perfectly. Highly recommended this place. Will be using them in the future. Might I also add they were kind enough to not charge us a thing. Kudos to them and a huge thank you.

I have been renting a Tesla model 3 for nearly a month. The car is in very good condition and the rental process is smooth and convenient. Especially the owner is very nice. I will rent it again when I go back.

I didn’t expect that there would be such a Chinese company in Richmond. The cars had big scratches. When I accepted the car, I said “all good.” What happened? I didn’t send text messages to say that we had good reviews for each other. The backhand was a 150 ticket. On the platform, I said it was scratchy. Damn it, I will continue to negotiate with the platform, you liar.

Great price and serviceWill go direct next time.We hired a Tesla model 3 for a three day trip up to Whistler. Using the Turo app.Initially Zhen was very helpful with information and instructions on how to operate the car/app. The car went great with no problems at all.Then when returning, Zhen met me very late at night. I had accidentally scratched a wheel. We sorted it there and then at a very reasonable price.Absolute gentleman and all in great to deal with.

How ignorant was I to overlook all the 1 star reviews? They are there for a reason. The owner would look super nice and easy to talk with until you give him a five star rating. And then, he would report you for $150 fine on Turo and act like it’s all your fault while his real intention is to make money this way. Be AWARE of his relatively cheaper rental cost, because he has his ways. I just feel like being stabbed in the back after being greeted with his FAKE SMILES.To answer your reply:“Significant amount of pet hair.” The claim itself is ill-founded because we did not transport any pets during our rental. There could have been a small amount of cat hair brought along by the moving boxes, but we have properly cleaned the trunk with lint roller before returning the car, how could there be “significant amount of hair”?The validity of supporting photos provided by the host is questionable. Only one of the before photos showed the interior of the trunk with no close up or details of the carpeted area at all, whereas the after pictures are zoomed in and taken at a much higher contrast and brightness. When we returned the car there was no hairs visible to human eyes. The angle and lighting at which the host took the before and after pictures are misleading.The host was deliberately dismissive of a return inspection. When we dropped off the car we were trying to place the backseats into their original position, and the host interrupted us and said don’t worry about it we are all good to go. He did not check the condition of the car in our presence and told us everything is good and to just leave. Had him checked the car and asked us about the damages in person, we could have brought up our concerns and discussed who is truly responsible for them.The host was dishonest in his claim. He initially claimed that we have caused large areas of scratches and left pet hairs in the car, when we spoke on the phone and said that we did not have pets in there, he quickly dropped the claim about the scratches, thus, the host was either negligent in conducting a proper before check, or was purposely defaming us for existing damages. During our 2 min 16 sec phone call, he admitted that he included in that picture for no reason. We believe he did so to misguide the Turo review team and/or to get more money if we happened to have a pet in the car.

Zhen was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. The mercedes c300 was perfect for my week in Vancouver. Check in period and check out period took less than a minute. Car was very clean and drives like its still brand new. Will definitely come back again in the future, thank you for making my trip enjoyable. See you next time!
