“I have to give Allen at the counter a lot of credit, he's very pleasant to deal with and very helpful. I rented the car for a few hours and only drove about 20km, but I did fill up the gas (for about $5) before returning it. Unfortunately, when I returned it I was accused of not filling up the gas and was charged $23. I was probably angrier at the person at the return than I should have been, but when I spoke to Allen and explained everything he refunded the $23 without question. So while I was very, very annoyed about the return, I have to say the way the staff inside handled my complaint restored my faith in this rental company”
