I took my Tesla to four other accredited body shops before Victor almost immediately evaluated what I needed, adjusted the headlamps on the spot and provided an instant quote to do the job. None of the other shops could properly assess what I needed and actually declined to investigate further, even if I paid them for their time! Crazy, I know, but this shop did a great job and realised that I needed a few more parts to properly update the car to current specifications; and Victor booked a return visit where they finished up the work, doing even more than originally expected while I waited. Amazing in this day and age when bad service is almost de rigueur!”
