If the review has zero I will give the old indian woman zero。She is rude and act as newcomer even she has 32 years work experience at Canada post。But she does know how US visa pick up job works?! I got email it showed it's available to pick up my US VISA but she ask me show her code from US consulate without any patient. But once i come back her coworker just simply type in my tracking number then got what I want.The old indian woman made simple thing more complicate。I am shame on her. How she can stay on Canada Post for 32 years? She can make Canada Post worthless!!!!

It’s like they hire the unhappiest people here. They handle your ID and personal belongings without respect, flinging it around like rubbish.Kevin who served us needs an attitude adjustment. There are plenty of unemployed people in Canada who are dying for a job if you hate your job so much.

They tell you wrong information. Verify ID, website said accept Canadian driver license. But they will tell you no only accept Quebec deiver license, need to bring passport. After went home bring in Passport, then they tell you, no your ID expired today, you need to bring in new ID.
What the hell they are even talking about?

The staff here wanted me to send my greeting card as a PARCEL intead of letter mail. She said letter mail is only for "documents" after pressing on the envelope. I went across the street to canada post inside the Shopper's and they said it was just an oversized letter. The staff needs to be retrained, don't come here.
