I just got my Chrysler. 300 Sr T8 back was the worst service from any company in my life. I own a business for the last 20 years. I have never seen such unprofessional workmanship. My tires are stained with oversprey. 3 weeks over time that it was supposed to be there.
If you are smart, you will never, ever take your car here for anything. Even if it needs windshield wipers, you would never take it to Bridgeport collision. Worst collision company Be smart and don't ever take it to Bridgeport.
I paid $3500 for the work that I had done I am very upset dust inside my swade. Leather seat stained with oversprey. All inside my interior very, very upset. Do not ever take your vehicle to these people. If you are smart, do not ever.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service on my car. It now drives as beautifully as it did when I first got it ten years ago. The repair of the mirror, the new alignment, and the windshield cleaning were all executed perfectly. My car feels like new again.

Great service! Incredibly professional and responsive! I dropped off my car after the parts came in and got my car back within the week! They also cleaned my car inside and out. Highly recommend the place.

The repair work was good. Car bumper looks great.
But on return of my vehicle, my dashcam micro SD add was missing. The front desk people did try to help figure it out but all they can do is ask their staff, and none of them said they touched it. Obviously someone is lying, and was doing something they shouldn’t have been doing and took the evidence.
If you don’t care about what happens to your car overnight or don’t have a dashcam then this place will be alright for you.
Otherwise be weary of them.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this shop. The shop felt dishonest, and my car was not properly fixed despite multiple visits. Customer service was poor, and my concerns were not taken seriously. I won't be returning and do not recommend this shop.

Brought my car in here for an ICBC claim where a driver sideswiped me. I made an appointment to bring it in on a Saturday, which I appreciate, since most shops are closed on weekends. They told me it would be a week and that was fine as it wasn't a large accident. Communication between staff is a little inconsistent as I was supposed to get a rental car (from Enterprise I believe) which might have saved me time in the future. They gave me a company courtesy car for the week and when the time came to pick it up, I called them to confirm it would be ready for pickup (which i recommend always doing as things always don't go to plan). When I got there, the diffuser wasn't put on because it was on order. I told them I didn't want to take it without it being completed and I went home. I got a call to come back about an hour later to pick it up because it's "drivable" except they (the mechanic shop they use) weren't able to complete the wheel alignment because my tires were apparently too worn and one of my tie rods is bent. They were not worn and my tire gauge shows them to be in the green still. It was always drivable but I just didn't like it looking not finished. They wanted the courtesy car back so I had to take time off work to pick it up the next working day so they could get the courtesy car back (quite inconvenient and brings me back to the rental car arrangement which didn't happen). A few days later, the diffuser comes in but they tell me to bring it at the end of the week which means I'm driving on a bad wheel alignment due to a replaced tie rod for the week. After all is said and done, the work is satisfactory as some of the alignment of parts are off a bit and some gaps are showing but the paint match seems ok and the rest of the work is acceptable. They even put my aftermarket mudflaps back on which was nice as i didn't want to have to take off my wheels to put them back on. Overall, I might use them again but I would be more prepared for some of the small inconveniences. Henry was quite helpful and seemed to care but things were out of his control most of the time. I understand that parts/shipping takes time, but I didn't appreciate having to take my car before it was ready.

Very messy and unprofessional management. Staff members are being treated poorly. Shop is always short staffed and employees overworked. Can’t expect quality work from a bad work environment.

My buddy brought his car here to be repaired from an accident. They hooked his wiperfluid wrong, just kept pouring out and they hooked up both supply tube to the back window so he had to pull over from time to time to clean his window by hand so he wouldn't cause an accident! Nice job guys, you could have kill him. Why would you not test your work lol. They kept his stud lock so when he went in to get a service inspection they could not do a proper inspection!
When he got his car back the first time he noticed his camera was unplugged. Why would you unplug a dash camera unless you where doing things you should not be doing in someone's car. So the second time he brought it in he took a picture of the kms and the battery levels, when he got it back there was 15 more kms on his car and the battery was down 20kw from where it was, lucky he also put an airtag in his car as well! We will be posting the results soon! Probably stunting in his car. No reason to unplug someone's dash cam unless you guilty of something you shouldn't be doing!

The service we received from drop off to pickup is excellent. After the car was dropped off, they also drove me to the car rental place to get my car rental. I would highly recommend this repair shop next time you need your car repaired.

Updates:Please read the shop's reply as a reflection on how they respond to customers when issues arise. Note their reply never addressed their mistakes, but is hostile and defamatory. Choose this shop at your own risk.- I texted manager Zena because she asked me to only contact her after issues with Macky. All previsous communications were through the shop. I was not "SPAMMING" Zena by sending two text inquiries. She could reply after holidays. Zena said I needed to get the front bracket MYSELF from dealership, never said shop could order on the 27th. I got the bracket from dealership myself.- Their reply states including staff names is "HATE SPEECH" and "INDIVIDUAL ABUSE". Those are serious allegations and loaded terms. This shop is misusing the terms by throwing them around VERY lightly. If it was "hate speech"/"individual abuse", they should contact Google or police. Ironically, they never had issues with positive reviews including staff names. Their initial reply also purposefully revealed my full name, which is against BC Personal Information Protection Act for customers (now deleted from shop’s side).- I didn’t use two different accounts to write reviews. This is another assumption the shop made. :)---Original Review:I am writing this on Christmas Eve because it has been a nightmare getting my car repaired with this auto body shop for my ICBC claim. Definitely a mistake on my side to choose this shop. If you like your vehicle, value your time, or want even just an average repair job done, I suggest avoiding this place.My family has done two repairs with this shop in 2016 and had good experiences. When my car was hit earlier this year, I decided to bring my car here because of the positive experiences we had 7 years ago. Unfortunately my experience this time is on the contrary. Some key issues below:On the scheduled car pick up day (when the repairs were supposedly completed), the staff Macky called me to tell me that he forgot to order a part (front plate holder). A part that I specified was damaged during the initial vehicle drop off 3 months ago. Macky called me 2 hours before my scheduled pick up time. He asked me to still pick up my car because their shop has limited space for vehicle storing and come back when the forgotten part gets delivered. No apologies for this mistake. Macky first said he was unsure why it was forgotten, then said "it has already happened, do you want to dwell on the past or focus on the future". It is a weird cliche to say and he completely refused to take accountability.Macky also did not provide a walk-through at the shop to view the repair quality. He told me I have to sign the paperwork to retrieve my car. The front lip part, where they did a manual repair, was obviously different than the surrounding parts. There is also random glue marks all over the front lip.When I requested to speak with the shop manager about the mistakes, Macky refused and said "there is no issues you need to speak to the manager about. You can just talk to me." Only because I have the manager's number from my family, I was able to reach the manager Zena for me to bring the car to assess the front lip repair.A week later, I went into the shop again to get the plate holder put on. I discovered that when the plate holder was ordered, they only ordered the back holder part and did not order the front frame although the frame was clearly broken. No information on how to obtain the front bracket was provided either. When I messaged Zena about this, she said to contact and remind her of this issue after Dec 27. Not sure why a customer needs to keep reminding them how to do their job properly. And again, not taking accountability for this miss.Staff is disrespectful, unprofessional, and trying to cut corners as much as possible. Apart from the examples above, there has been multiple miscommunications from their side, providing incorrect information about the repair progress and car safety issues. They were impatient and frustrated when
