I live in Chilliwack and was interested in a used Mercedes ML320 from Bong’s. I didn’t want to drive out to Richmond unless I was reasonably certain the I would buy the car, and being used I wanted an independent vehicle inspection from a European mechanic. Victor was very professional and responsive. He provided me with all the information I asked for about the vehicle and arranged to have the car dropped off/picked up from a mechanic of my choice. We negotiated a price I was happy with, and when I arrived to test drive the car and seal the deal I was very pleased with the condition of the car - exactly as had been advertised. But mostly it was just a real pleasure dealing with Victor and Bong - very genuine people, who went out of there several times to help me, including bringing in an Auotplan broker at the last minute for us. I would definitely use them again. Thank you both for such a pleasant, professional, and genuine experience!

Was going to buy a second car from Stephen at Bongs. Thought I could predict that this dealership was trustworthy. Not so. I do not recommend. Reason? That salesperson named above duped me on the second car and thought it was a big joke. Reflects poorly on the entire organization and as a repeat client I find it very distasteful to be disrespected.

This place is not trustworthy. They keep telling me to come and they will provide me an oil change service with a good price, then send me a 500$ bill without any prior notice. Totally disappointed and definitely I will never come back

I bought a Van recently and the Transmission started going a week after buying it. When I contacted them about it the comunication stopped. Also the door lock doesn't work properly. Will have to resolve now with Safety board of Canada.
