“I had an excellent experience with this body shop after my 2020 Mazda CX-30 was involved in an accident. They replaced the damaged parts, did a perfect paint job, and even cleaned the entire car thoroughly. My car looks brand new again!
They also handled the insurance claim for me from start to finish, which made the whole process stress-free and smooth.
I would especially like to praise Zoe at the front desk — she was very polite, always welcoming with a bright smile, and extremely helpful.
Manager Peter Li was also outstanding. He was very efficient and kept me updated on the repair progress regularly, which I truly appreciated.
I would also like to thank their partner company, Enterprise Rental, for providing me with a rental car (a 2025 Nissan Rogue). The car was very clean, new, and comfortable, and it made my time without my own car much easier.

“Victor and this shop are absolute heroes!! I took my Tesla to four other accredited body shops before Victor almost immediately evaluated what I needed, adjusted the headlamps on the spot and provided an instant quote to do the job. None of the other shops could properly assess what I needed and actually declined to investigate further, even if I paid them for their time! Crazy, I know, but this shop did a great job and realised that I needed a few more parts to properly update the car to current specifications; and Victor booked a return visit where they finished up the work, doing even more than originally expected while I waited. Amazing in this day and age when bad service is almost de rigueur!”

They noticed corrosion around the car battery stems, so they wire brushed that off and cleaned the area up for free. They also polished the faded head lights...
They had a waiting room with free bottled water and TV'S to watch, so easy to wait for our car.

So months later i took it back and Richard fixed the panel at no charge. Based on this interaction i was a happy customer.
