Salesperson was looking at her nails when she saw us coming in. Not one staff greeted us. Was going to buy a small 10k gold huggies earrings but given their lack of service I'll buy elsewhere. Skip this store.

Ifrah is so sweet! She was so kind and helpful when it came to helping me get two pairs of hoop earrings. I really appreciated how informative and understanding she was and how much she really listened to what i was looking for. When she called me to inform me my product was there she even told me my earrings were extra strong because she remembered I don’t take my jewelry off! Thank you so much Ifrah, I’m looking forward to my next visit!

So appreciate the two store managers - Abby and Jayda! They were super friendly and open to helping me out, and provided multiple avenues to resolve my situation. So lovely and sweet! I had such a positive experience.

I have come in here multiple times to purchase some jewelry for myself and I will only be helped by the manager, Abi. She is SO sweet and very helpful as to asking what I like, my preferences, giving me options and helps me pick the perfect piece, and takes the time to help me find a piece I love. I have never been disappointed coming in and receiving service from her- she takes the extra mile every time and makes everybody leave with a smile. Last Christmas I bought myself a gold bracelet and I loved it and her so much I had her put it on me right away and I haven’t taken it off since. She is such a sweet girl and the blue ruby team is so lucky to have her, I will definitely be back! Thank you so much Abi, you’re the best!!!

For Christmas, I received a lovely ring from my boss that was a size too small so I went to Blue Ruby to ask if they could exchange it for a larger size. When my boss purchased the ring, she asked for the gift receipt to be put in the ring box, but unfortunately it wasn't there. Instead, I got the original receipt from my boss and when I went to the store the associate assured me that we could do the exchange. The original receipt had other rings and jewelry pieces purchased on it so I understand that it is hard to quickly pinpoint which item was my ring from name alone; however it did not help that I was passed from sales associate to sales associate three times; each of them did not get a clear understanding of the situation from the prior sales associate and I would have to try my best to re explain the issue and try to update them on what was supposed to happen or what the prior sales associate said. Finally I got to the final associate and she helped me with sizing and ordering the ring, which would need to be ordered from Oakridge. She told me that it would take 1-2 business days and that they would call when it arrived. 10 days pass with no call. Within that time period I checked in at Blue Ruby multiple times to see if they had received it and simply hadn't called yet or maybe had the wrong number. Finally on the third visit I explain the situation and the sales associate checks and notices that the ring was never ordered in the first place. She apologized and promised it would be ordered and would arrive in 1-2 business days, and that they would give me a call at the right number. A week later no call, I head to Blue Ruby and they don't have my order; however there is a ring in the display that is the model and size that matches the ring I ordered. The sales associates tell me that orders that aren't picked up within 24 hours of the phone call are put on display for purchase. I was lucky enough to receive my ring before it was sold and not have to endure that ordeal a second time. I would have been able to pick up the ring within the 24-hour period if I had received a call when it arrived. Finally, after an hour of leaving Blue Ruby with my correct ring, I received a call that my order was ready to be picked up, I let her know that that was not the case, and it was already dealt with. I really don't know how a simple exchange became such a stressful and messy ordeal. There were multiple cases of simple negligence that caused a rippling effect that extensively prolonged a 1-2 business day exchange into a two week guessing game. I am severely disappointed and dissatisfied with the whole experience and hope that Blue Ruby takes the time to tighten up their customer service.

I've always been a fan of Blue Ruby. You have the best simple and dainty jewelry. The only thing was that i was asked what price range i was looking for and i told the lady what it was tax in. She set me to a section and the first item i ended up choosing was above the price range not even tax in yet. Just thought that was kind of "funny". Otherwise, she was super attentive and helpful.
