Amazing customer support and help at hand anytime it’s needed. Gian was very nice,helpful and most importantly knowledgeable about exactly what I was asking of.
Definitely highly recommended BlackVue dash cams to anyone but don’t forget to add an additional battery pack expansion for these vehicles that aren’t used to regularly

An amazing site and customer service. I reached out via online page and they responded with what i was looking for within 24 hours JUST AMAZING. I'm on my 2nd Blackvue camera in 8 plus years and nothing like have my vehicle secure and if something was to happen there is no he said she said I can pull video with audio right off my phone. Also all the how to videos they have are just great. THANK YOU

I bought from Murphy and he delivered what he promised so I was happy with my purchase. He also set me up with the installation and Ayra checked me in on install date. Ayra looked at my car and I followed his recommendations on where to place the front and rear cams and his crew did the rest. Afterwards, Ayra walked me through how to access the dash cam, how to download app, and most importantly how to use it. He also answered my questions et al.
I’ve had the cam a few months now and has worked as promised so am very satisfied.

In I've had two personal vehicles totaled. One a hit and run hit and run; One when parked. Because I could not get a license plate number. Each incident cost me $1,000 per my deductible.
Instead of having to pay a deductible, get insurance ahead of time by purchasing a dash camera system.
A dash camera and installation is not the sexiest purchase you will ever make. However, you will probably never make a more necessary purchase.
With that being said, purchasing the dash camera battery accessories from Black box My car would be your wisest choice.
They not only have the best dash cameras and accessories at very fair prices; they have the best support team you could ever hope for. They will gladly answer any questions and concerns you might have.
Black box my car. Truly a five-star company !!!

Excellent customer service! They responded quickly and got things resolved when I let the auto-fill put the wrong address after a move (meaning I messed up). They got things rerouted and my purchase is on the way to the correct destination. Lots of props to them :-)

The customer service from the people at BlackboxMyCar is absolutely tremendous! I have a U1000 dash cam in my daughters car and the sound on recorded videos was no longer playing. I emailed them and as usual, they responded immediately. Michael who I dealt with was amazing. Despite him sending me well organized instructions on what to do, I was met with many roadblocks, each of which I emailed Michael back. He was always reassuring and quick to reply with the correct advice. Anyway, after much frustration, and with Michael always having another plan, we finally were able to upload the new firmware, where the dash cam is working well. Not only great prices, but I can attest to the fact that I have never had such amazing customer service like this!!!! This is the place you want to purchase your dash cam or other items and know that you will be supported 110%. My dash cam is 3 years old and they never once hesitated to help me. Well DONE BlackboxMyCar!!!!!!!!
