The only thing was the price. Almost $200 to swap out my summer tires to my winters. Yes, I'm well aware that this comment won't change a thing, but in this day in age where EVERYTHING is expensive.........why not go away from the trend???

Very prompt, efficient and friendly service for tire switches - summer to winter - and for being super accommodating on very short notice for a couple of mini-emergency, quick look, type things. Hard to get service like this anymore these days.... highly recommend.

opens early but AWFUL advice. Went to this branch when I had a flat on my snow tires. associate told me that they cannot fix the flat as the nail is in a weird location. Also, they stated my tread is quite low and I need new tires costing $1700 (total). I had bought these tires myself and knew these tires only had some 20K on these and tread was not even an issue. the associate insisted that I should change the tires. I brought the car back, called a friend of mine, used my emergency repair kit, fixed the flat. The same tires lasted me the whole WINTER without any issue, not to mention that I drive for a ride sharing service and drive almost 4-5k Kilometers a months.

First time visit for new all weather toyo celsius 2’s and the experience was great.
I met a customer in the waiting room ahead of me and he was on his second visit and also had great things to say about this shop!
From the first phone call to the install this morning friendly, knowledgeable with some fun banter!
Fast and efficient I will be back

I had vibration issues on my truck. They took the truck for test drive, fixed the issue and also did a test drive afterward to check that vibration issue was fixed. Great service, they will get my business moving forward!

Hi Storeowner, I am writing to bring to your attention a very unpleasant experience I had at your store recently. The customer service was not just rude; it was downright bullying. Simply for asking a few questions, I was treated with disrespect and condescension.
If your business cannot handle customers using the coupons you willingly distribute, then perhaps you should stop offering them. It's unacceptable to make customers feel unwelcome for taking advantage of a promotion you yourself advertised. Furthermore, if your employees are having a bad day, that is no excuse to mistreat customers. They should either be given time off or be reminded of basic professional conduct.
I strongly suggest you address these issues promptly. No customer should ever be made to feel like an inconvenience for simply walking into your store.
