Big place where you can score some great deals. They have the biggest selection of spicy snacks.I thought the customer service was fantastic.After paying, I was asking if I can grab a box to pick my stuff in. The cashier lady suggested I use the shopping cart to wheel it out instead. She even helped me look for a small box and helped me put the smaller items in. Then when I was wheeling the shopping cart back up the ramp, another employee who was on a smoke break offered to help me take it the rest of the way back up. They are all so helpful and nice! I was also offered a free calender. I appreciate the service so much as a first time customer. I'll definitely go back!

The paper-skinned walnuts I bought have been expired for eight months. I heard people say that there are a lot of expired food in their store, so don’t go there! It turned out to be true! The cashier has a bad attitude! Will not go again in the future.

Their hour is 9:30 to 7:30. We, many customers and 3 of their staffs have been waited here until 945 and the owner still didn't come open the door. The staff who also waited at the door told us a few time that the owner is coming soon.This is unacceptable when operating a business like this. I have been here once before after they moved here. It was not busy at all. There were more staffs than customers.I don't think they can compete with Foody World or China World with this overall all performance.

Came here when I was on my way to the Superstore and wanted to check it out . They have a lot of Chinese food. Prices are ok but not exactly cheap. You have to know your prices or you will be spending more money on certain items. I found Farkay noodles here when every retailer was sold out. They sure raised the price on these since I last bought them last year.

Horrible customer service at the checkout counter, I have no idea why but the workers had some kind of internal issue causing me having to wait for over 15min at the counter for buying only 2 items? Is unacceptable that I as a customer have to waste my time standing there listening to the conflict that the workers are having.

Walked in and walked right back out...Place has poor lighting.. can't see too well inside with dim lights and shadows on everything. Price wise. Everything seems more expensive than say a t&t or any other grocery store in the same area. Except the frozen goods. Those are the exact same price points. Place also smells. Sorry it's too much of a hassle to shop here.

The person who checked me out was extremely rude. I knew before I stepped into the store that people did not come here for top-tier customer service, but I did not except to come out of the store feeling angry. When I was checking out, the cashier asked me whether I was paying with debit or credit card. I told her it was a debit card. After she finished the transaction and printed my receipt, she kept saying that I lied to her because the card was a "visa". I told her yes, the card is a visa debit card. She kept on repeating how the receipt did not look like all the other debit card she processed and it's a visa. I tried to tell her that there're visa debit cards but she just wouldn't believe me. She then proceeded to sighing multiple times and acting like I committed a fraud or something. Eventually, she told me that she would let me go this time as if she was doing me a favor. I left the store feeling stupid that I actually spent $40 at this store when I can get items I purchased anywhere else. Oh, and there was barely any discount.

This market is like a medium size warehouse which holds and sells a vast range of products ranging from foods, condiments and utensils mainly imported from China. The layout of the merchandise is bad though- poorly lit, lack of space for customers to manouve (esp. during this time of pandemic, I see people always banging into eachother without the sense of monitoring a safe social distance). To be fair this is the place where you can acquire almost any condiments if cooking Chinese style. When you pay, they still ask you for cash money, no contactless mode of payment provided. Free and ample parking just outside the shop. Prices are fair.

It was my first time visiting this place today with my family (recommended by my coworker just to buy the yummy Asian dry food she shared with me at work). It was overwhelming at first since there were soo many dry snacks to choose from but we didn't mind taking our time! I had to ask a worker where the specific dry snack was but he couldn't speak English so good thing I had a picture with me. So thankful he knew where it was right away! Kudos to you sir!Though when we were about to pay, this elderly cashier lady was so rude that she checked out our snacks and just threw the plastic bag & our receipt along with our snacks on the other end! I was so surprised as that was my first time experiencing such AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!Also, I think employees of this store should at least learn how to speak a few English words (like, "want a bag? Visa or debit?"), so customers with different ethnicities could understand what you're saying. I'm sure your customers would at least appreciate that effort from you too!

Very good selection of nonperishable food imported from China and reasonable priced. The way they stock items is a bit ghetto and eyesore.though.
