We're long-time customer of this store over the last 10 years, today's experience was just disappointing. Two weeks ago, we bought 8 bottles of Chianti Riserva on sales price @ $22 Today, I wanted to buy 3 more at the labeled price of $21.99 ( see picture) but the cashier charged $29.9 per bottle. After waited for minutes, the manager offered me only one bottle at $21.99, making me feel like I were trying to take advantage and bargain. I understand it could be an error somewhere .The lady manager talked with unfriendly tone , also failed to acknowledge their mistake ( seems someone didn't update price tag) and made me feel totally disrespected. I just left not want to take her offer with attitude

So i went to this store today and i had the best experience with this guy who works here named randy or reindy. I’m not sure of the exact way to pronounce his name. He deserves the best customer service award. I guess that says it all. No explanations needed.
But the cashier . He thinks he’s the owner of the store and thinks he can judge anyone and give them looks just because somebody faces some issue . Was hard having him in front of my eyes.

Went to this liquor store yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. Haven’t been here in a while. Store was tidy and inviting. Kevin was very patient and helped me with what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable as well!

Great location and selection of alcoholic beverage. I am closer to the Ironwood branch but prefer this location. Kevin has excellent customer service, very helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking for a particular item and they didn't have it in stock but told me right away how many were in stock at Ironwood. Thank you Kevin!

The worst liquor shop, they don't want sell you a bottle of wine cause you don't have 2 id's. I had a PASSPORT and it's not enough for them. How strangers could know what they want. Never more in this shop. They are redicoulous.
