“If you only have simple basic questions, the advisor at the Alderbridge branch can definitely help you with no issue. But if you have any complex questions regarding to your accounts or fees, you better reach the Richmond Center branch or contact the number on the back of your Scotia card because that's what the advisor at the Alderbridge branch suggested me to do. Don't waste your valuable time at this branch unless your questions are simple and basic.”

“*WARNING* this is a very small branch. If you’re expecting at least 3-4 tellers working at the same time then this is not a branch you should go to.
I come to this branch a lot as I live around the neighbourhood closer to 3 years now. I never have any problems with the services they provided. Not everyone looks friendly but they’re all willing to help with good attitudes. And yes, once in a while, I need to wait over 5 mins or more to get to a teller but keep it in mind this is a small branch. That should be expected. At least I never see any of them goofing around at the busiest time. I would say 80% of it that I have no wait or little wait time. I’m with TD since 2005 and I can say that I spent less wait time in this branch than any other branches.”

“Unable to get anyone on the phone re a letter requesting we make an appointment for corporate account information updating. Went to the branch and there was no one at the front counter. When a teller (Grace Guo) passed by going for a break she said no one was on duty there. When we showed her the letter and said there was no change in the information required, she took the letter and said she could get it trended to without our needing an appointment.”
“Long wait time. I was lining up on the fourth place and it took me around 30 minutes to get to the counter. There are nine counters that can serve clients, but only four of them are opened which is not the normal case because most of the time they only open two or three counters.Not sure why HSBC doesn't open more counters when it is crowd. If they let those 4 to 5 employees who are sitting at the back to get to the front, it will definitely help to speed up the line.If any of you want a quicker service, you can try the Aberdeen branch, I highly recommend it.”
