The repair was unprofessional, they even ordered the wrong part. The boss has a bad temper. I do not recommend this place.

It took over 6 months to get my car fixed. I would call to follow up and even called to update my phone number to let them know and to see the status of when I can bring my car in to get fixed. I called and they said they were trying to get a hold of me. I asked what number they had on file and it was my old number. There needs to be better communication with the estimators and the customers.
It was never like this 6 years ago. I will never bring my car here again.

People nice there and excellent repair. Receptionist name "Hubbi" was so friendly as well. Thanks again for all hard work on my car :)

I have a red Tesla 3 back bumper collision & top front glass needed replacement, the crew at Automind handled everything at their shop on time, picked up my clean car and did a walk around they touched up minor scratches. Excellent service.

Customer service is good. But I lost something in the car. So I would change to other shop for future repair. I suggest you to check all belongings, and the equipment. Could be the 3rd party took it or some repair person might think it is belongs to the shop. Anyway I lost my equipment. And they only said I am sorry.

My experience at this automind vulcan repair shop was extremely unsatisfactory. The customer service was dismal, leaving much to be desired. The overall environment was unpleasant, making it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. What's worse, the repair vehicles were parked on the street, raising concerns about the safety and security of both the vehicles and the customers. I would strongly advise against choosing this establishment for any automotive needs. One star is too generous for the level of service provided.

If you care about your Tesla, never take it to this place! My Tesla Model 3 had a bad accident from behind. The trunk door and bumper were completely destroyed, the back of the car was smashed in. The car was an obvious write-off according to my mechanic friends. Unfortunately, I towed the car to this place for repair. They gave a very low estimate to ICBC so that they can take the job and not let the car be totaled. But as a result they did a very cheep job. They didn't give me a courtesy car for a couple of months and when they offered for the last few weeks, I was already using my other cars so I didn't take it. The work took a couple of weeks more than they promised. When they finally gave me back the car, the inside was very dirty. So much dust on the console, the console door was discolored with a shape of a cell-phone printed on it (see the picture). The carpet in the trunk was not installed properly (see the picture) and the bumper had a gap on one side. I took the car back and it took 1-2 hours of waiting for the car to be fixed. When I took the car back home, on the first rain the trunk was filled with water and everything I had there was very wet. I called them again and left a message they answered after a few days (long weekend) and booked me another appointment to fix the leak. I live in Coquitlam and this commute is a significant waste of my time. I regret giving my car to them for body repair. Tesla is an expensive car and deserves a much better care. Last time I took my car to One Collision and they did a wonderful job. If you really love your car I highly recommend you stay away from this place.
