The place responsible for selling me my first car. The staff were courteous, helpful, and honest. The buying process was about as smooth as it could have possibly been, up to and including buying insurance. Everything was organized perfectly for us when we arrived to pick the vehicle up. I was very impressed with the staff's professionalism overall. I can tell the people at AutoWest BMW are proud of their work. A particular shout-out to Byron, who was very meticulous in showing me the car's details, finalizing the sale, and having the patience and skill to take me on a test drive; my first ever in the lower mainland. I look forward to continuing driving my new Subaru Crosstrek in the years to come. Five stars!
P.S. Even if you don't plan to buy a car from here, the owner has some cool cars from his personal collection posted there. Worth checking out. :)

I had my BMW X3 from there for 3 years but I just sold it to my sister because I moved to Coquitlam and need an electric car to drive to Vancouver everyday. So I miss this dealership and their consistent service. I have been to many places, many dealerships, but no place gives me the consistent satisfaction like this location. Everyone, from the receptionist, the concierge, the sale persons, service advisors, finance people, etc, deliver the best customer service every time I came for servicing my car. They makes customer feel welcomed, feel important, and feel being respected. Their waiting/resting lounge is a plus with great variety of coffee and snacks! I will miss this place. Soon I want to replace my Tesla with their SUV X7 electric. Can't wait!
Please keep up your amazing service! It does matter! You make customers come back!
