Friendly sales that represented Audi’s brand well. Our sales rep Hamish made us feel welcome and fully answered all our questions and concerns. Even though we didn’t drive home with the car, I would highly recommend anyone looking for an Audi to come here and ask for Hamish.

This is a bit overdue, but I purchased a 2022 A5 Sportback at the end of September from this dealership. Carl Olan was my salesman and he was phenomenal. I was purchasing from Alberta and had inquired about a few others in the Vancouver area as there is very few for sale in Alberta, and a lot of the other dealers weren’t very responsive. Carl on the other hand was super responsive, able to get me all the information I needed quickly, and sent plenty of pictures to help me ensure the car was exactly what I was looking for. He made the process incredibly easy, and when I flew out to finalize everything and pick the car up he even picked me up from the airport himself.
Ashley in finance was also great, she did a great job of explaining all the benefits of each additional option as well as honest about what she felt wouldn’t provide as much value to me.
It only took a few hours from when I flew in, test drove the vehicle, finalized things, had Carl walk me through the cars features, and I was on my way back to Alberta.
If you’re looking for an Audi in the area I’d highly recommend seeing Carl.
I absolutely love the car, it fits exactly what I needed from it, and the only problem I’ve had is trying to keep my wife from stealing it from me!

I’m a long-time Audi fan, and my wife and I purchased our first Audi Q7 from Richmond Audi seven years ago. Recently, we decided it was time for an upgrade to an SQ7. After finding the car we wanted on AutoTrader, we sent a request, and the manager, Mark Warsaba, confirmed that the car would be available for us to view on a specific day.
However, when we arrived, there was no record of our appointment. Another salesperson eventually assisted us, but the experience only worsened from there. He began by detailing the car’s options and final price—without even showing us the car first, which felt very odd and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the car wasn’t ready for a test drive as it was still in the workshop for inspection.
This experience has been highly disappointing, especially for loyal Audi customers. I expected a more prepared, professional process that matched the premium standards Audi is known for. Sadly, this wasn’t the case, and the experience at Richmond Audi was not up to par. I hope they improve their communication and customer service in the future.
