Not a bad place. Black Friday deals were decent. Prices on regular days are ok. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Will be back next time I'm in town.

DONT BUY Asics Gel Excite 9. I bought a pair or those shoes from this shop and after 3 months they are starting to falling apart. Very disappointed.

Came to buy running shoes. Five stars for the super knowledgable and helpful staff, quality/comfort of the shoes, and good sale prices.Highly recommend their running shoes if you have narrow to normal width feet. However, if you have wide feet like me then you may sadly still have to look elsewhere.

Went there yesterday, at that time I was as the only customer together with my wife .There were 3 customer service reps and no one said hello or asked us if we needed any help .So after few minutes went out and bought running shoes at another store. Thanks for the service.

Outlet is a lie. All prices are regular. Do yourselves a favor and check the prices on their website to understand what I say.

I did not know there was an outlet right by the airport. Many stores like Plenty, Oak +Fort, and even Fossil! We ran out of time but would shop here again.

We stopped here by mistake. We don't have a destination. Just driving around downtown then we took a wrong turn and end up here instead of driving straight to the airport. Since we are here already, I went to 2 stores to check out their deals. One store does have a clearance rack but I find it pricey still. I looked around but none caught my eye. The same with the other store.Nice place to come and enjoy browsing the stores while getting your steps.Plenty of parking spaces. Good eating places on site.Benches to rest.

This is a solid 3 stars. There are over 50 retail shops, food and drink amenities. Those who come are looking for fantastic deals. Are there any?Yes and no. Discounted goods from previous seasons that cannot be moved from their retail locations, disguised as deals. Well, one woman's treasure is another woman's landfill. Couple of shops were swarming with people assuming they found deals or deals to be had. If shopping /window shopping is your thing, this place is good for some outdoor walking. I enjoyed these outdoor style shops though today was a nippy windy 1 degree day.

Bad customer service. 2 store staffs were not helpful. Asked one of them a question, got a rude response "what's that?".Also, ALL the products in this store do not have factory outlet prices. I bought a pair of gel-contend 7. Asics web site listed for $76. This store sells them for $90.Don't bother.
