Chantelle operates an incredible shop with a wide variety of frames you can choose from, with an incredible variety of options for mounting and placing your artwork or personal artifacts within a frame. Ive been to many, many shops around town and I have seen how they operate--while some shops have a larger space with maybe "fancier" equipment, nobody compares to the level of detail and speed in which Chantelle operates with. She's meticulous and cares deeply about the work she produces for her clients. You can literally see the quality on her walls, she's flowing with excellent work and routinely happy clients. Id also add that her level of patience with working with clients is unmatched; she's not pretentious like everyone else in this city seems to be and she wants to ensure she has a perfect solution for your needs. Chantelle operates with a level of common sense that is refreshing and confidence inspiring, no matter what project you hand to her, she will tackle it with care, detail and speed. Her turnaround times are faster than any other shop in the city--as an artist, I can attest to the many times ive been disappointed by others turnaround times but never with Chantelle and Frame of Mind!
It's hard to poke holes into Chantelle's business to dig out negatives; there really aren't any. She knows what she is doing, her prices are fair and her quality is amazing. “I absolutely adore this store's collection of unique jewelry on Granville Island. Unlike other jewelry stores with similar pieces, this one truly stands out. The quality is exceptional, and the staff is incredibly helpful. My personal favorite item from this store has to be the flower pearl earrings – the fact that the pearl isn't attached to the earring allows for customization with different stud earrings. It's a pretty cool feature that sets this store apart!”
