I called to check stock of particular items I purchase from this outlet and the lady who answered the phone said we are busy right now and she will call be back. She didn't even take my contact number and disconnected the call. A customer whether in store or on the phone are both equally important! Is this the way to treat customer who call the store?

The worse Armani retail I've ever visited! The people inside make you feel like you are there to steal stuff. I had a lady always behind me like a shadow who kept saying the same stuff just to have a excuse to stay behind me, even if I told her I was there just for looking
