We had a terrible experience with Aldo , I want to send a gift to my wife but the one i was looking for was not available in store said its the highest in demand and you can place order online , So i did made the payment and placed the order in store but to my surprise we received one tiny chain instead of a handbag .
Called to Aldo and received an email to print the label and follow their instructions do the admin works for them to return to some place and they can simply refund the money.
what about the inconv. caused and disappointmmet i got and made my day worst in holiday season . Looks like very irresponsible and rude behaviour. never ever going to this store and online ALDO as well. order no. see the photos they delivered a hand bag in email but in real a tiny chain which supposed to go to ontario but ended up in surrey . 🤷♂️🤷♂️

This store manager David gave this defected shoe and it’s bother my foot as well and this not fitted for my size they gave me too much rude behaviour from the staff over there in this store when I was went again and they haven’t gave me any information about there no return policy
I’m too much embarrassed from this store manager so I think I waste my money 150 dollars by doing purchase from this brand and this store as well
My humble request to people not to go over there and don’t purchase anything from this brand

I just walked out of the store. PURCHASED HANDBAG white colour. PURCHASED ! PURCHASED! I said no for the receipt and as i was walking out of the store with the bag, one male employeee stoped me and asked for the receipt. I said i can show you my bank account that i paid for it. My friend went back to look for the girl who did check out so we can ask for the receipt. And he was shouting from the door that he need to see the receipt. Everyone present in the store was looking at me. I felt really embarrassed like i was a thief. He really need to work on his hospitality.
Really really unhappy.

I recently visited the Aldo store at [YVR] and had a terrible experience. The employees seemed completely disinterested in helping me find what I was looking for. When I asked for assistance, they rolled their eyes and sighed, making me feel like I was a bother. One staff member even told me 'we don't have that size anymore' without even checking the inventory. I left the store feeling frustrated and will never return to this location again.

Horrible customer service and extremely poor professionalism!Last week (April 13), I went in to purchase some heels for an event. For the entire time that I was browsing, the sale associated continued to follow my every move making me feel like I was there to steal rather than shop. However, I let it go as she did help me find sizes and maybe she was instructed by her manager to act in that way.However, I went back today (April 20) for a price match as the shoes that I had purchase had recently gone on sale online. Since I was just making a price adjustment and not a return, I only brought my receipt with me. I double checked the policy online to ensure I was within the time frame and that there were no other instructions (attached photo).To my surprise, the worker told me that I have to bring the inventory for the price adjustment. I told her that I wasn't returning it and just wanting the difference back, so it surely shouldn't be an issue. She ended up getting another sales associated that said the same thing but said she would ask her manager, David Ho.David's demeanor, was quite frankly rude and accusatory. He reiterated that the item needed to be there in person, as "anyone with the receipt can do a price adjustment, so we need to know that you still have that item". Seriously? So I asked him, is the sale history not in your system? What is even the point of a receipt if it's not even in the system or has no sales transactions attached to it.He kept on reiterating that it was there policy, in which I told him NO WHERE does it say online that the item is required to be brought back to the store. He kept on saying well you could've returned the item, I don't know.So honestly, at my wits end, I asked him, seriously, do you need me to prove that the heels that literally sitting in my home right now? Do you want me to get someone to take a photo?I guess he had no other response, so he gave up and said sure and walked away.If what David is saying it true, them I am sure there are many ways to fool there system.In the end, yes, I got my price adjustment. But at what cost?

Bhumika is amazing. Her customer service skills are 10 out of 10. She’s so helpful, she would go running to get the sizes, and just super friendly with a big smile.

So bad customer service! English is not my first language but I can speak pretty well and I can’t understand how those girls got their jobs. Rude girls, speaking in Indian, making faces when I ask for different products and practically forcing you to buy their up-selling products! The experience was so bad that I didn’t purchase anything. I won’t be visiting this store again.

I had a very disappointing experience with this store. A few months ago, I bought shoes that ended up tearing apart. Aldo's customer service assured me a full refund at the YVR branch, so I went there. The first time, the sales associate claimed they didn't receive the email. On my second visit, another associate initially couldn't find the email until I insisted on a search by my last name. She then said it required manager authorization, and the manager wasn't present. Frustrated, I explained that customer service didn't mention needing the manager.After contacting customer service again, they apologized, stating it wasn't their policy and promised the store manager would call. With no call received, I returned to the store, and this time, the manager, David, was present. Despite customer service's advice to donate or discard the shoes, David insisted on having the product for the refund. Having worked in retail, I understand return challenges, but this experience felt like the customer paid the cost for the store's high net sales approach.
