If I could, I would have given zero star! The groomer completed destroyed our dog! I showed her photos and told her what I want. When we picked up our dog, we could not recognize that was our dog! My daughter could not stop crying! Our dog got shaved completely to bald! The groomer said because my dog had too many knots! It’s lie! He doesn’t have knots on his tail, paws, or face! He gets groomed monthly and brushed everyday! Only some knots around his ears, top of his head. Who shave their dogs to completed bald in Winter -9 degrees? Only broke our hearts! My dog is now so depressed too! How could this place is in business? It’s my first time and last time to this place! This store is absolutely a nightmare place!

Moved to the 2nd floor instead of the 3rd. Unit 2115 I think. Never open. Hours say opened Monday at 1pm. Walked by and it was dark and closed. Came back 30mins later and still closed. Came again today (Tuesday) and they are off. Other people walked by and wanted to go in until they noticed it said closed Tuesdays.
