Just like any 7-11 out there, have all the usual merchandise except napkins. They ran out of napkins every time I am there. Not sure if it's just me and I am that lucky.

It’s been so many days that I am continuously coming to the store to talk to the manager. But she’s always late. I just have time in morning between 7to8am. I’m almost everyday at the store. I asked the Filipino employee. And she informed me that the manager is always late. She comes around 10 or 10:30 am. Just wanted to give you a little advise please make sure your manager come at the store on time. I have visited many store but the managers arrive early in the morning. But here’s its not professional. Please look into this.thanks

Had the best customer service at 7eleven richmond on the weekend at night around 2. i have visited so many times to the same store but never got fresh food at night . But the associate working on the weekend at night i think his name was ashkit actually took the initiative to make us fresh food and helped us get the things we wanted .
