Wanted to share my great experience with Rick at 604 Wholesale. I was referred to him from a friend who bought 2 furniture sets previously. Rick was very awesome helping us find our patio sectional with matching chair and table. ZERO sales pressure and he offered suggestions on how we can customize our cushions for more comfort. He even allowed us to take several throw pillow covers home so we could pick the color that made the most sense once we got everything set up.
Due to another order, he was short a corner piece we needed but delivered us the same piece from a floor model that he let us use (so we had a full set) until ours arrived and personally delivered the new piece. Our party deck looks great.
Ricks location may be a little out of the way, but he passes those savings onto his customers and our furniture is great quality. Worth the trip going to see him and will recommend him to anyone asking.

Had a wonderful experience with Rick at 604 Wholesale where we bought our entire patio. Rick was helpful, knowledgable and helped us choose our ideal colours and style. The quality is great and he gave us great advice to protect our furniture using covers in the rainy season. Highly recommend 604 Wholesale!

Still loving our now 7 year old patio furniture - cushions are still in such awesome shape despite plenty of use (see 1 of 2 roly-poly children in photo). Excellent customer service both at time of purchase and when we needed to have something replaced 5 years later. We very happily and highly recommend Rick and 604Wholesale.ca! ☀️

We bought our first set in 2016 and loved it until a fire destroyed all of our belongings. It took almost three years before we were able to move back in and we didn’t hesitate to go back to get another set. We ordered it on Friday and it was delivered on Sunday. The service was unbelievable! One of the cushions didn’t match so they came back all the way from Richmond to. North Van to exchange it. Thank you so much! We love our new set!

Great selection, price & service. We looked for patio furniture for about a year and stumbled across 604 Wholesale by accident and so glad we did. They were easy to deal with and delivery was a breeze. I have referred some friends and they have been very pleased too.

Best service and quality.High end quality for wholesale price. I bought the patio set couple years ago and still looks like brand new even it was out side in every weather. I bought my patio set from 604 wholesale after looking in every store and I am very happy with the purchase. They are very friendly and easy to deal with.Thank 604 wholesale for amazing quality.

We purchased a patio set from 604 Wholesale late last summer. It arrived as the summer was ending. Our first issue was receiving foam back rests that were different sizes. When calling to express our concern there was definite attitude and finally responsibility was accepted that they'd shipped mismatched products and made arrangements to bring the correct foam.Our second issues is with the fabric. We choose the bright aqua blue fabric and the furniture was in the sun for about a month and a half, not even a full summer season. When I called to ask about the fading, the response I got was "I told you, the dark colours fade and there is no warranty". Personally, I wouldn't consider the bright blue a dark colour and certainly didn't expect to get such a short and curt response. We are VERY disappointed with this company and most specifically the fading on the cushion covers. They look horrible like we have had the set for several years; it's lost all colour where exposed to the sun and we've only used the set for less than one full summer season and stored the cushions and covers inside over the winter. You can see the colour difference in the pictures and the striping where the cushion was exposed to the sun and where it wasn't.For the price we paid, it's a shame and disappointment and we would NOT recommend this company as they certainly use poor quality fabric which fades, looking tired and old before it should and their customer service is non-existent. Spend your money elsewhere as you aren't going to like what you get with this company.
