Good prices , clean , good selection, manager is awesome to deal with . I would give it a 5 star to be honest ,if the store workers would please stop hovering , following and staring . I understand it’s cultural but it’s extremely uncomfortable and makes me feel like I can’t even reach into my purse to get my cell because I picture them pouncing on me thinking I’m stealing. It stopped with one teller after I complained but others have just taken over . Please . This is unnecessary especially if you have the same customer, me , coming in consistently as you would logically figure I’m okay . Thank you .

I was looking for a health food store and came upon this on Google. It is not a health food store. It has a very limited amount of natural food, mostly dried Chinese food and a small amount of fresh produce.

I’m a dummy when it comes to nutrition but the staff here are beyond helpful. Every time I walk in, I am greeted with a warm smile and eager staff to help me. I appreciate that they are honest when suggesting supplements to me instead of pushing me to buy the most expensive products.I had a tough time with infertility for many years. Gratefully, they supported me through 2 successful pre to post pregnancies, I am forever grateful! My husband has a heart condition and they recommended me great supplements to improve his heart health.I met the owner Christina, she is friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. She instills trust and authenticity. Christina doesn’t only care about your health, she cares about how she can improve your life through healthy eating and diet. Although I didn’t follow through on her diet suggestions (I love late night snack) but I am thankful for her genuine care. She is the reason why I continue to shop here.Space here is bright with high ceilings. Shelve is always stocked with many options. Best of all they have free parking when you shop and it’s conveniently located in the hub of Richmond and near the airport too!

The staff Miki is VERY RUDE to clients. She rushed the client's shopping in an improper way and she lied. She didn't explain the return policy on the receipt but she said she did.(Well, maybe she circled the return policy as she explained in her words??) I just feel disappointed with the staff. I have to rate you 1 star only.

I like to support local businesses. however, my usual products are not available anymore resulting more web purchases elsewhere. Lately, what happened to all the English/Cantonese speaking staff members? Much alienation felt within us HK shoppers. One after another disappeared. Much hindrance in expressing proper impression. :( :( "

Very helpful staff. I contacted the Blundell Store for St Francis ear oil. Esther told me that it's not available in that store but this Cambie one has it. She told me she'd give them a call to check on it and then let me know. I left my phone number with her. She called me within minutes and told me that the staff at Cambie will keep the item for me.I went there to pick up the item within the next hour and was greeted as we walked in. I told the staff there about the item being held. They already had it ready by the counter. We just paid for it and was out within less than 10 minutes.Thank you for the awesome experience !

They sell expired products and refuse to accept returns when we found out the products have gone bad. Was a long time customer but will never shop there again. Be very careful with this dishonest company
