We finally have proper new wheels/rims for winter tires. Overall service is excellent and efficient. Derek is very helpful and friendly. He’s very organized for scheduling and capable of finding products that suit our needs. We would highly recommend 1010 Tires Richmond location for their great service.

The installation itself was super quick. Hopefully done right. ie; balanced and torqued properly.
The only drawback is that the store front clerks aren't very friendly and gave very little information. I got the feeling that they just want customers in and out as quickly as possible.

I actually went to Coquitlam store for the purchase and shoutout to JC for his expert advice and support! Then I chose Richmond store for my installation coz I work in Richmond area. Great customer service as well and prompt service. Overall it was a great experience altogether!

I visited the 1010 Tires Richmond location, where Derek assisted me. He patiently explained the situation and the options available to me, even speaking with my boyfriend on the phone.
Derek assured me that my car would be fixed the same day and ready by 5 pm. Since there were a few hours to wait, he even suggested some good places to eat in the area.
True to his word, my car was ready before 5 pm. The traffic was terrible at that time, but Derek suggested a shortcut to help me avoid the congestion.
This was my second visit to 1010 Tires—the first being at their Marine Drive location. Their service is consistently professional and reliable. Derek, in particular, was very personable and helpful. Thank you, Derek, for making a stressful situation much easier to handle.

Excellent service. Called in to ask if an appointment was required. They said service is provided on a first come, first serve basis. There was no wait on a weds afternoon. Fixed my leaking tire and rotated tires in less than an hour for under $100.

Bought a set of tires from them.. may, 2024.. the tires are from 2021.. not that bad I guess but what bothered me is that they were inflated to 42psi by them, although the tires specifically say on them to never exceed 40psi..

I have had nothing but positive interactions with staff here and they offer competitive deals on tires, I brought a set of relatively expensive wheels here to have tires mounted and saw no damage

I had a flat on my tire and needed all 4 new tires..I called 1010tires and Derek was very helpful and informative...he gave me different options of tires and explain the positive and negative of the tire brands.....he has awesome customer service and would recommend this place for any tire needs..thank you Derek ?
