They switched from 2 machines inside, to one in and one outside.. I work nights and very frequently am unable to use the ATM as the one outside is always out of service. I have a low income and have been screwed on bills because of this

Worst bank ever will be changing banks never going back everything I use my card they lock it or put my cheque in from work they lock it because it's to much

Booked an appointment for 9:30 over a week ago, due to my brother's death. Took time off work to drive in, which is an hour trip. No one there, no change of time, no notice. So completely unacceptable, I'm furious.
