Scotiabank offers friendly service, with most of the ladies at the front and friendly. The bank machines sometimes don't work or take bills, which can be frustrating. People sometimes sleep inside the machine area at night, so customers don't feel safe after hours. The bank is open on Saturdays, which is for people who work and need to go to the bank. Staff was nice; when a customer replaced a card, the teller noticed overpaying in service charges, changed the account, and refunded the difference.

Most of the ladies at the front are amazing and friendly. The bank machines don't always work or take bills which is frustrating. Also, often their are people sleeping inside where the bank machines are at night. So we don't feel safe there after hours.
