“A young woman at the customer service desk noticed my daughter staring at the balloons with eager eyes and asked her if she wanted one and what colour. (Already impressed)
She blew up a balloon, brought it over and added a little clip to make sure that when we went outside, it didn’t float off to infinity.
Talk about amazing service.
This was a big highlight of our day.
