  Elena was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind! Her positive attitude was appreciated. In addition to helping me, she effectively reminded customers of the Covid safety measures in place with regards to capacity. Not an easy thing to do at times. Thank you for brightening my day :)

  I was very impressed with the awesome staff here who went out of their way to help my father in law (who is hard of hearing) deal with a banking issue. He is not a customer of this bank but they did everything they could to make sure he got a payment made in time.
