Traveling from the USA and we have a breakdown. Need a part to get going again, and we are on a timeline. The dealership in Vancouver has the part for around $400 and said they would overnight express ship it for $50, but they could not guarantee arrival within two days.This Napa said they could have the part put on their freight truck that would arrive a day later...for $655 (and it was a Chinese knockoff). Due to our timeline, we unfortunately had to take this rip off.Asking if they could confirm that the part made it onto the truck was met by rude disdain from the manager.Extortionists. Con-artists.

Never had a good experience at the prince rupert napa, inexperienced snobby kids behind the till, and never been able to help me with any questions.Enormously expensive items compared to anywhere else as well.

My company had faxed an invoice for a large order to this store 1 month before I arrived like we do normally throughout the US and Canada. When I arrived in town for work I went to pick up our order and the owner boasted that he threw the fax out because he didnt want to pay freight charges and didn't even call us back to decline the order. We will always order from Acklands in Prince Rupert from now on. I mean, come on, who does that?

Service was horrible, pricing was out to lunch. Ordered the same part from a NAPA down south and it was less than half the price the NAPA up here quoted me.
