Sandeep, the store manager is incredibly great as he helped me through the procedures patiently and got me good promos on my new device. The entire staff is really friendly and offers good customer service. Would definitely recommend to buy new devices and phone accessories.

Went in the other week to get a new phone for my fido plan as I had lost mine the customer service rep service rep talked me into changing to rogers and my number would be ported over in 1 hour my first bill would be 22 dollars and 77 there after. It took a whole day of phone calls to get the number ported and got my first bill at 164 dollars when I went into the store to complain I told the manager I would either like compensation for the gongshow or just return the phone and get back on my old plan as this was a Hassel. He told me well I shouldn't have signed the contract and he would return my phone but couldn't get my old stuff back and I would be SOL. I did make an unkind reply and called him a Jackass and then he intern called me.one when I asked for a corporate number he came out from behind the counter banned me from the store and got quite aggressive like he wanted to fight at that point I had to leave as this guy was out of his mind.

The workers cant do their job inside the store didnt didnt want to help me and on the phone i was on hold all bloody day from one person to the next just to get nothing done because they cant do their jobs they are very useless worse company ever and all i wanted was to get my sin card set up and they couldnt even do it

Will not stop spam calling me. They call daily during my work day. I answer and ask to be removed from the call list every time. I will absolutely NEVER use this service.

So recently I got a device for the wife and I at the Rogers store. I ended up activating an iPhone 14 and they confirmed that they had no iPhone 14 Pro’s in store that I can go to Costco and get a 14 Pro if they had it or they can order one in the same day I went to Costco they had an iPhone 14 Pro in stock. I completed the transaction there and then a week later I gotta ask 23 ultra. For my father, I sent it out to express and then he told me that the device was too big for his needs that he wanted an iPhone I went back to the Roger store where I can keep the transaction in the first place to exchange – 23 ultra they told me that I needed more ID and to prove that it’s me approved all those things to them and they said that my account has been flagged by Rogers fraudulent even though I had my ID with me the same day I went to Costco and talk to the rep. Is it out there? She said absolutely nothing wrong with your Rogers account. I don’t know what they’re talking about. I would never deal with them again there till the scammers I would never trust them in pine centre rogers there scammers
