Despite the possibility of doing the shopping here I had three experience that I want to share. One happened when I had no loonies and I wanted from one of the staffs to give me a shopping cart and he tried to sell me a new coin holder and I refused and the way he treated me was insane. I requested for to see the supervisor and the supervisor kindly excused me and gave me a cart and she told me she is going to talk that staff. The second experience happened when there were shortage of Tylenol for kids and I heard that superstore brough some Tylenol in and the staff at the front customer service tried to give me the best service and gave me a big relief to get medicine for my kid. The third one happened at the pharmacy as it was Saturday morning and my kid needed a compound medicine that every other palaces in town refused to do that during the weekend. As I explained the condition to the doctor at the pharmacy he told me to take it to the shoppers drug mart at the pine center and told me if they refused to compound tell them I will be there in the afternoon and I will compound it for you. It was a great help to give sb help sb in need of medicine and I really appreciate his help. Thank you.

One of my favorite places to shop bakery is awesome..nice breads etc.htrat selection on everything staff are always super helpful and nice!! Thks Superstore!!

What a shame that the price of food has gone up so much. how can people afford to eat? The size portions are small. Quality is down. How can these big corporations sleep at night. Put the good prices down.

Quite good quality products, a little more expensive than Walmart, but better quality.If only the clerk would remember that doesn't mean full price...Remember to check your receipt if you buy discounted items !!!Yup, I recommend!

I must be the luckiest person in Prince George, because I have been "randomly selected" about 4 times in the last 2 years in this store. I always make a point of asking the tellers of their day, and take the time to thank them profusely for their services but evidently this is not enough. I also have a degree in human/behavioral sciences so I'm quite certain it's not how I carry myself or even speak. I've concluded it is something based off of my complexion because everyone else in front of me never seem to have any issues walking past the managers, but when I bring my own reusable bags I'm suddenly stealing $14.00 cubed beef. So in short, I'm off to buy a lotto ticket, because clearly this luck should apply to the rest of my life and not just when I am in Prince George Superstore.

Visited right at opening time. And understandably the staff are just starting their day but the floor staff shouldn't ignore customers when they try to ask for assistance. The customer service staff made up for the lack of being acknowledged and helped by the floor staff. Still my favorite grocery store just a slightly poor residue left over from this visit.

Oh how I've missed shopping at these stores. I can't say anything bad about my experience. I even found a fantastic dog bed (large) on sale for under $10.00. Amazing. Super friendly staff that helped me a few times.

Is usually an excellent place to shop. Had a total Karen of a manager get rude over what she thought was a mispriced item out of the freezer section. It scanned at 11.99 and she thought it was wrong. So I had to explain to her I am not an employee and do not stock the freezer. Left the item out only to find out the next visit the price was right. Started shopping more at Save on due to how rude the manager was to me in front of my 2 children.

The old standby for grocery stores. Usually busy. Produce can be hit or miss at times.Being PG one can sometimes get sketchy people wandering the stores stealing stuff.Keep an eye on your purse, etc, don't leave it in your cart and walk away from it.

This is a very busy grocery store with many affordable prices that are competitive. I quite like the President's Choice generic brand that the Superstore offers because the quality is great but you pay a lot less which allows you to save and helps stretch your dollars (despite the enormous inflation we are experiencing since COVID). Parking is reasonable even during peak shopping hours. Staff is friendly and don't follow people around which is embarrassing and quite an issue at other stores in town. The store sells clothing, offers gardening and camping essentials. A great one stop shop place.

I love Superstore, but there were two things that bothered me about my visit to this store.Things I didn't like:- There wasn't anyone at customer service for a few minutes. When someone finally arrived, they ignored me until they was ready to help me. I would have liked if they acknowledged me, thanked me for my patience, and asked for a minute to prepare their till- No burritos. I love the burritos... what can I say.
