The website sucks. How do I check, compare prices, or order groceries if everything I look for doesn't come up? Looking up chicken or poultry gets one item -canned chicken. Looking up produce gets one item - a $45 box of avocados. So Costco has no produce? No raw chicken? Very disappointing.

I have always found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. This week I chose to shop while my car was being serviced and expected to be back promptly. The car service was delayed by two hours and Costco staff put the entire cart and contents into the cooler. ??
