This has been my pharmacy of choice for a long time, for a host of good reasons. Today I’m considering making a change.It’s Friday afternoon, and the pharmacy will be closed until Monday. I was this morning prescribed meds, and given the fever and cough I am currently experiencing I would love to have begun those meds as quickly as possible. I received text notice, at 5:16 pm, that my prescription was available for pickup. Thankfully I live not too far away so hopped in the car right away, grateful to commence relief. The door was locked…the pharmacy closes at 5.I could be wrong about this, but somehow I had it in my mind that the pharmacy was open until 6, and I believe on Saturday mornings as well. It would seem that has recently changed. In any case, to send me notification when it’s not possible to pick up the meds for over 50 hours hence? I’m beyond disappointed.

We usually give nothing less than 3 stars unless our experience was abhorrent. While vacationing, our home pharmacy arranged for transfer of medications to this pharmacy in time for our ferry arrival however, instead of calling us to save us time or collect information explaining rationale for not filling our meds, the pharmacist decided to wait until we showed up first, only to tell us that she could not fill the prescription because it was 12 hrs early when our home pharmacy said ànyone would understand.Very poor customer service and a complete waste of time. Big mistake dealing with Rexall, another pharmacy was happy to fill it, understanding completely that while traveling, providing some grace is required to help clients out. We were discriminated against based on the location and the population our home pharmacy serves. This pharmacist is not client-centered, lacks empathy, and was judgmentmental and unethical. Support small business and say no to big box non Canadian stores! Poor quality medications, service, and extreemly poor safety standards of practice.

Amazing pharmacy! All the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They remember their customers and their history, making me very confident that I won’t have any issues with interacting medications or wrong dosages.

After having a trip to the ER I stopped in here out of luck. The staff were very helpful, filled my prescription quickly and got me on my way.
