Great parts store and they will fixYour atomotive problems fast .I needed both headlights, mobil oil told me they had to take headlight out . They were absolutely wrong . Had new twice as bright headlights bulbs installed in ten minutes.

I was dealing with this location monthly yrs back it used to be a great place to deal with, currently they are not living up to previous standards. The girls behind the counter were very helpful however I ordered my parts directly from the Surrey location to be picked up at Port Moody. Brake parts were wrong and finally the replacement parts were missing pcs. Maybe I will wait a few yrs before trying again like I did the last time i had bad dealings with the guy that almost ran the Port Moody location into the ground via theft from customers.

Doors were locked at 1:30pm with a sign that said for parts go to the back....walk up to the mechanic shop down stairs in the back and ask if they are connected to the store and the guy says yup. I said I'm just looking for some carb cleaner and 3 of them look at eachother and speak a different language and just said "sorry guy" very scetchy......
