“New to the area and came in to get my first pair of Blundstone boots, I'm so glad I bought them here and not online. Lisa, the manager, was so incredibly helpful finding me a style that fits well. She is very knowledgeable about how they fit and what style would work best with my foot shape, and made sure I knew how to take care of them before I left. She knows her product very well and is patient and doesn't make you feel like she's just upselling. Will definitely recommend and bring anyone here who needs new boots, I'll be back when it's time to invest in some good hiking boots.”

“I went to Sketchers on December 27th at around 5pm to look for new runners, when I got there, there was a girl that got me a pair of shoes to try on. She never came back to see if I needed help then Lorne came and asked me if I needed help and he helped me so much as I was finding my shopping experience stressful as I have wide and small fert with no arch support. Lorne has made my experience pleasant and he related to my needs. We need more people like that as someone that like me who has troubles finding shoes makes it so much easier and pleasant. I had bought the sketchers slip ons with arch support from him and I was so happy and pleased with my experience there as that was my first time having someone relate to me.”

I was shopping for new work shoes and can be very picky, but Kelly (I believe that was her name) was patient, helpful, and really understood what I was looking for. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The cashier was training a younger employee, which I didn’t mind at all. When the shoes I chose weren’t available in my size, they helped me place an online order and arranged for them to be shipped to my home since I don’t live nearby. I would definitely return in the future if I need to buy shoes again!”

“Sketcher’s memory foam slip-on is popular for its comfort. We have been scouting for good deals of this kind but the problem is no available stocks or overpriced at other retailers. This weekend, we drove to the Shoe Company at the Coquitlam Centre. The store has a great variety of reasonably priced branded shoes. I’m happy I got the shoes I liked. David is a very accommodating sales associate. He’s polite to all customers regardless of how busy the store is.”

“I was on a wild goose chase for the elusive perfect shoe for a wedding. I have grown up shopping at this mall, and always head straight to the usual suspects. Have walked by Devon so many times but never actually have gone inside. Their sales associate Raman was so wonderful that I had to come leave her some stars! She was so interested in finding me the right shoe, even though they were in the middle of a massive sale and extremely busy. This woman flies, I don’t think I have seen an employee run around while keeping everyone’s requests in order so well in many years. They were honest when I asked for opinions as I was shopping alone which was so appreciated. I did not find the shoe I wanted (I also hadn’t found it at like 7 other stores) but trust that the very first shoe store I head to when I go to Guildford Mall will be this one. I know how hard it is to find staff like this - and the other employee was equally as lovely. Thanks Raman! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Please stop parking your deliver truck in the no stopping zone in front of the stop sign. This no parking zone is here for pedestrian visibility and safety. When you park here with your tall delivery van you block the view of pedestrians and vehicles. I was nearly hit by a car that couldn’t see around your delivery truck. This happens quite often.”
