Thanks to Navid Kordbacheh and the team at Lexus Port Moody for a pleasant purchasing experience! I am very happy with my 2024 RX 350h! Navid was great to work with as we test drove several vehicles and took the time answering all of our questions. Uma who went over all of the accessories and set up the app for me when picking up the vehicle was excellent as well. I’ve now had three great experiences at OpenRoad Lexus Port Moody, and each visit has been exceptional. Kim is truly amazing—she’s prompt, attentive, and always takes the time to answer our questions thoroughly. I appreciate how she always considers things from the customer’s perspective, making the whole process so much easier for us. Will also did an outstanding job, providing a detailed introduction to the new car and patiently explaining all its features with great professionalism. Wilson, the financial manager, was incredibly helpful and kind, making the final steps smooth and enjoyable. Big thanks to Kim, Will, and Wilson for their fantastic service!

I had the pleasure of working with Sam and Madelyn who both were amazing on providing options for us to get the deal done. Sam was our agent and Madelyn was our finance manager.
It wasn’t an easy one for sure, but they both made a way for us to decide the best path and options to take. They are both hardworking and have provided us with excellent customer service.
I just hope the dealership would have a faster turnover process so we don’t have to wait for more than 2 hours.

The way Sam dealt with us was awesome, he explained all the things regarding finance, other staff is also good. On the day of delivery they again go through all the sections very well. I personally recommend OpenRoad Lexus Port Moody.

When you are in need, DON'T just show up. My tire punctured, and I have ESP covering that as well, but hey, no luck to be helped, and go find yourself where you can get help. Anyway, I guess this is not a good gesture for Lexus buyers.

I recently wanted to buy a car and went to the store. The person who received us was Angela. She was very patient and enthusiastic. The service was also very considerate. She explained the condition of the car and took us for a test drive. I was very happy to meet such a nice Chinese person in a foreign country. I and my husband had a great experience with product specialist Kim at Lexus Port Moody. She is knowledgeable, calm, what we like about her most is she wasn’t pushy and gave us some space politely so we were not rushed to make decisions (we have been to several dealerships in Vancouver and Richmond but most of dealers were pushy which we didn’t like.. ) On the delivery day, she prepared some gift for my baby, so nice of her! Not only her, entire Lexus team is also amazing- we found a small scratch on the door when we were about to leave and they were willing to repair it right away. We will definitely go back to Kim and her team when we buy 2nd car! If you are looking for a reliable dealership, you definitely should go with them.

So excited to get our RX350, been wanting a Lexus for the longest time. Had a great customer experience then comes the bad part. They broke our side mirror which is fine because they fixed it. The part that sucks is the back and front 12V socket fuse were burnt out. They said they would fix it which they did by changing the fuse. Before leaving, we tested and it was still burnt out. After changing it twice and blaming the accessory, Bruce, the sales manager, said they cannot do anything and wiped their hands clean. The accessory is a charging phone mount that was used in a 08 Nissan, 09 Accord, 09 IS250 but cannot be supported in a 2016 RX350? Sketchy. Now we are with an almost $40k car which we are having to change the fuse on every 2-3 days. I’m very disappointed after they claimed the car to be in such good condition only to find out we were ripped off.
